Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely wants to find the best solution for you. EDIT - This company WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU! I don't say that lightly. I did have an issue with my pellet stove a couple of years later - AND when I found out about it at 9:30 PM on Sunday (they're CLOSED on Sunday) They called me back. They walked me through it. They promised they'd be here the next day in the morning if it wasn't resolved - and if it was a major issue they'd correct it. You don't find ppl that stand behind their work anymore. They did walk us through it and it did fix it. But you don't find ppl that go the extra mile - and OMG when you do.....those companies are where you need to spend your money because they actually geniunely CARE. I'd recommend them to anyone - and they have my business forever.

We started buying pellets only; however, after speaking with the owner Earl about upgrading to a Harmon Pellet Stove, it was clearly the best choice. Pellets deliveries are on time, the Harmon installation was quick and flawless, and the admin staff are very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend or family.

y	yves bouchard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had been dealing with them for a few years to get the pellets , good service , quick communications, they come when they say they do , polite people . this year, I upgraded to a new Harman stove , its is more expensive than other model on the market but worth every penny in how well it works and how little maintenance this thing require. they were very helpful with the installation and the Wett certificate .

Install was very clean and fast. Explained everything in detail so it was easy on our first day using this pellet stove. Delivery of our first skid was next day. Great family oweand run business.

I bought my Harman stove last year from Ferguson's and have been very happy with all the service received from this company, however, today I am VERY happy. If you ever thought customer service was dead, think again. About a week or so ago we had a power serge/blip (loud bang heard) and my pellet stove would not even turn on, I contacted Justin to inquire about a possible blown fuse. After trying to look at the fuse myself I knew I had to get him to come out but had not had a chance to call. This morning he was in the area and to my surprise he called me to follow up; within 10 minutes he was here to change out my unit (power) board. I am beyond pleased that he remembered my issue and was considerate enough to follow up with me while he was so close. Amazing service!!
