★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grandement insatisfaite de l'installation d'un poêle encastrable : la cheminée se bouche aux 2 mois, il nous faut un minimum de 2 ramonages dans l'hiver, il y a un refoulement de fumée dans le salon à chaque fois qu'on ouvre la porte du poêle encastré, un service après vente minable. (Ex: quand on a rappelé l'entreprise après juste un an d'installation pour leur dire que le chapeau de la cheminée était de nouveau complètement obstrué apres 2 mois d'utilisation, on nous repond de l'enlever... aucune vérification de leur part...) jBref, je ne recommande absoluement pas cette compagnie; et il ne s' agit pas d'un manque d'expérience de notre part: nous chauffons au bois cette maison depuis 1986!
Greatly dissatisfied with the installation of a built-in stove: the chimney clogs every 2 months, we need a minimum of 2 sweeps in the winter, there is a backflow of smoke in the living room each time we open the door of the inset stove, poor after-sales service. (Ex: when we called the company back after just one year of installation to tell them that the chimney cap was completely blocked again after 2 months of use, we were told to remove it ... no verification on their part ...) jBref, I absolutely do not recommend this company; and it is not a lack of experience on our part: we have been heating this house with wood since 1986!
