★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not have the decency to treat potential job candidates with respect, the hiring manager was too busy looking at his computer and could not careless what I had to say answering his questions. They never bothered to call back to say if I had the job or not as a delivery driver. Just silence.
If I was a major client and they acted they way way they acted to me during the job interview, how long do you think I will be doing business with FedEx? Not very long

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery service is bad. They never read a big sign on the front door "Please don't put on the floor". They just want to toss it and drive. If there is negative below zero, I would put it negative zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an emergency express document that needed to be in the UK in 2 days and FedEx pulled it off. Helpful staff, answered all our questions and didn't give up trying to enter the UK address that didn't quite fit with normal North American addresses. Thank you FedEx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FedEx staff are incompetent. Every time a supplier we order from sends the delivery with FedEx, the drivers cannot seem to follow simple instructions. We indicate in shipping instructions that they are to buzz the apartment number at the door and they don't even leave their vehicle before flagging the package as "no one available" and driving off. When instructed to try again specifically in the afternoon, they show up at 11:45 when we're not home yet and then drop the parcel two cities over instead of the FedEx location down the street from us. We have had nothing but bad experiences with this company and will refuse to deal with them from now on. I don't understand how such an incompetent company is preferred by so many distribution centers. FedEx = unreliable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received a phone call that my package had been sent to this location even though it’s no where near close to where I live, and I had requested a drop off at a separate location closer to home before delivery was attempted. I received a phone call telling me to call them to switch drop of locations and that there would be no problem. Instead I was told it was not able to be switched and if I don’t drive and pick it up in five days it was going back to the sender. Just upset by the miscommunication and rude staff response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a delivery scheduled for September 24 which never came and was re-scheduled the next day. I waited for two more days and everyday it says end of the day so wasted 4 days of waiting for a delivery that never came. The tracking in their website does not work most of the time because it does not say where your package is and you have to try a couple of times for it to go through and sometimes do not show anything at all. I run out of patient waiting so I decided to trace the shipping center in my area to pick it up myself. Friendly and apologetic staff made my mood better because I was about to lose my temper but after hearing their side where they lack the manpower due to conditions beyond their control like many had called in sick, some are injured and other personal reasons they cannot fulfill the delivery on time. Not so good experience but still kudos to the staff that are still there working making the company operate even with limited resources that they have.
