★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a time sensitive package and paid EXTRA for 2 day shipping so that I would get the package on the Friday and not have to wait over the weekend. I waited at home all day today as I had an email that the package would be delivered today. When my boyfriend got home today he found a door tag saying "sorry we missed you". I was home ALL day, and did not hear a door bell at any point. I no longer trust that you guys will return next Monday at the latest as your door tag says. Instead I have to call in to your automated (and slightly frustratin)g system in order to get you guys to hold the package at one of your centres. Very frustrated and ticked off that I paid extra for 2 day shipping, did not receive package (or realistically you guys didn't attempt to actually deliver it to me), now have to wait an extra 3 or 4 days, drive across the city and out of my way to get the package.

They failed to deliver my shipment from amazone many times, after many calls and arrangements with customer service,
Eventually, amazone resent another package with different company,
Also, they continued disturbing me with phone calls despite of my request to remove my number from the list,
