★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service when you call the 1-877 number. Out of country individuals who cannot even send a statement of account. I spoke to 2 different customers service reps. Neither of which could give me a simple customer statement with outstanding invoices. The online self serve portal is not customer friendly. The main account page displays what you owe but does not break it down by invoice number. If you're a professional company, with actual accounts, this company's billing procedures are atrocious to deal with.
