Both the owner and the lady at reception who processes my orders are always consistently positive, friendly, professional, and genuine. The owner even helped carry my bottles one time when I was recovering from an ankle injury which was greatly appreciated. These two are the reason I haven't bought my own system until now. It is a shame they have one staff member whose behaviour has convinced me to convert over to my own system from Amazon rather than risk the possibility of this person mismanaging one of my bottles. They are in every respect a 5 or really a 10 star company except for this one individual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been a customer for about 7 years now. We have been a steady customer for 2-4 bottles every delivery day. We have special delivery instructions requiring the guys to go around back and drop the bottles on our deck. They always drop a minimum amount of bottles if we forget to leave empties out for them.
During extreme cold weather snaps the guys have gone out of their way to knock on our door when they see our Truck in the driveway to make sure the bottles gets inside before they freeze solid.
The office has always been easy to deal with whenever there has been billing concerns. Prices and delivery charges have always been fair and very competitive.
We would highly recommend Pure Water Connection if you want home water delivery.

There were times we had to change to number of bottles we needed, times we forgot to leave empties out for pickup and even a couple of times that we didn't realize it was already water delivery day and the bottles had frozen and broken the bottles!. Never a problem! Give the office a call and a very friendly person fixes the issue! The cost is fair and the water extremely fresh without the chemical taste of city water! Give them a try! You won't be disappointed!
