★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this local outlet for any household appliance. There is an excellent selection of makes and models for all types of appliances. The owner, Mr. Faouzi Hamoun, is exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced and conducts himself in a very affable and low-pressure manner while delivering a personalized service that is absent in the larger box stores. I recently purchased a couple of laundry appliances and I will have no hesitation in returning for the purchase of any other household necessity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few days ago my tenant called me said the dryer was break down no heat comes out. So I order one brand new from this store. Today I find my dryer is functioning properly.it is just the breaker problem, so I went to the store cancel my order. Store staff canceled my order right away even a few days past from my order. Great customer service.

Sold us a floor model fridge supposedly new other than time in showroom. Needed service and repair man informed us the compressor had been replaced previously. In other words this was a used fridge and not new. They replaced the fridge but I won’t deal again with a company that has sharp practices like this
