They were very prompt and finished everything in a timely manner. They cleaned up everything and put down soil and seed once the stump was removed. John provided great value and quality service on the day he promised.

John was so great at working through the process, dealing with the city to get the permit, and answering all our questions. So efficient! The team that came to do the job was impressive. They did a beautiful job, cutting, trimming, climbing, and ensured our property was completely cleaned up after the work was done. We HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you John and team !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a huge Manitoba Maple tree in our backyard shared with our neighbor. It was damaged by last Friday's storm -- a big piece of the tree broke off and fell into the backyards, and the standing part is not stable anymore. With a very short notice, John came and did the assessment. And because of the urgency, John squeezed an appointment for us within a day. They showed up on time, with all kinds of heavy equipment. Crew was professional, job was done perfectly. We couldn't be happier with John and the team's work! Highly recommended.

When he first came to give us a quote, he was professional and honest. I really like how straight forward he is.
He helped us with getting the process started with the city to obtain a permit and provided us with all of the information we required.
When it came to the removal, John and his team were on time and worked quickly but properly. They were very diligent about our neighbours and cleaning up afterwards.
I would highly recommend John to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ John and Mark did some impressive high climbing and cutting. It was great to watch from a safe distance at their experience and coordination with the crew. Although some cuts were pretty challenging, through pre-thought, patience and meticulous care they took even large limbs down in sections with zero damage to any of the sensitive structures or other limbs around.
This is a crew that cares! Everyone worked well together to move the job forward quickly and cleanup completely. Just excellent attitudes, polite and safe. Was a pleasure to have them on our property, and any one of them is welcome back at any time.
