E	Erin Hatton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last fall, the team at Heritage Tree Care removed our (extremely) large red oak that had sustained storm damage. Our tree was in an emergency removal situation, and the team was very responsive and were so wonderfully professional. They liaised both with the city for the emergency permit, and with neighbours on the day of removal. This removal project required time to get permits and schedule road closures and equipment rental. We were kept in the loop of all and any details and staff were very easy to reach. They also safe stated the tree during this time, which gave us enormous relief. Such a big project with interruptions to our niehgbours would not have been so easy if it weren't for the overwhelming professionalism and kindness of every team member . So many of our neighbous approached us after the completion to compliment Joe the crew . Heritage Tree Care is a fantastic company who truly cares about trees. I would never hesitate to recommend them, I would probably insist on it! Thank you again, Joe.

A	Archer RC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Heritage Tree team removed a large Norway maple in front of my house. You can tell right away this is a very professional team. Between 5-7 professionals were on site throughout the day. They showed up on time, and brought an array of machines (grabbers, shredders, grinders, etc.). The crew is respectful to the neighborhood, incredibly organized and skillful. Some of the tree branches hang over hydro lines and they removed the branches carefully and skillfully. They also left the site extremely clean without leaves or tiny branches. The whole job took a day. Everyone on the crew is friendly and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend/use again.

A big professional team of arborists, who are really also pro climbers and can do some amazing things. Very friendly and experienced, I don't think there isn't a job they can't handle in Toronto. They have serious equipment, many trucks and serious grinders and saws. Professional, reliable and friendly. Highly recommended!

They were as respectful of my gardens as could be reasonably expected given the nature and scale if the work. They worked steadily without a break and completed the work in four hours. The clean-up was excellent. I would highly recommend Heritage Tree Care.

Heritage takes into account what is best for the tree and the longevity of the flora and fauna that relies on it. Joe and his team were able to work around numerous obstacles in order to remove an ash quickly and efficiently. I would call them again and again if I need to.

I called a few services, and they were the first to respond / able to come sooner than anyone else. And they successfully saved the cat! They were super professional and great to work with. I'd use them again.
A	Adrienne Rand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today is Family Day and Heritage Tree Care just did our family the biggest solid you could ever ask for. Our indoor cat got out the front door and went up a large tree in our front yard for the first time. He got up very very high on branches that are quite thin. My 4 kids were crying hysterically because they love this cat and were so scared he would fall on our steps (the tree is awkwardly on a hill with steps below). After calling a few places and hearing "It's a holiday so we can't help" I called Joseph from Heritage Tree Care. He answered his phone from his vacation in Spain and contacted a few of his guys in Toronto to help. Within an hour his guy Mark arrived (who left his own kids on the holiday to come save this kitty. Mark was amazing. In minutes he created a complicated harness of ropes etc and was up very high on these scrawny branches. It was truly like watching Spiderman attempt a rescue. Within 30 min of Mark arriving he had our kitty in his cat carrier and safely back in my kids arms. Without the kindness and generosity of Joseph and Mark to take pity on our situation (the kind of situation that feels like an emergency ONLY to the family it's happening to) today would have been a disaster. I will be a forever customer of Heritage Tree Care and will share my feelings widely with everyone I know. You could not ask for better, more efficient service. Mark is an actual super hero.
