★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a loyal customer here for about 3 years and over the past 12 months, I have seen not only the quality of the craft decrease but the staff efforts go downhill too. Gloves on both hands is seldom and masks off or below the nose in the cook and prep area are common until they make eye contact with a customer. My drive home is less then 2 minutes and my most recent burrito was an absolute mess. The last few visits have resulted in tears and holes, remedied by a new wrap instead of remaking. Again, quick fixes are often resulted when they see that I have noticed. It's disappointing because I really liked coming here and think I'm done paying for a low quality product.

They ruined my chance to have a better meal .
The food was served passionlessly,I could almost taste it with my first bite . Food was absolutely flavorless, it was just food , there’s no enjoyment.
There are plenty of other food chains which offer better food and service . Do not recommend the place .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look - I love a good burrito, and I’ve always been a fan of this chain. However, they cannot seem to get an order right; this time I requested (and paid for) extra cheese only to receive an order with no cheese at all.
The last 2 times I’ve contacted them regarding mistakes with my order, I’ve been told to file a complaint with SkipTheDishes. However SkipTheDishes rightfully refused to deal with the issue as the problem is with the restaurant itself.
I don’t know what the problem is with this location, but it’s doing the brand a disservice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to like going here all the time, but the place has become a dump. Staff don't wear gloves, wait times are ridiculous, and no one speaks or understands English here at all anymore. Staff also seem completely uninterested in what they're doing as well as confused.
The change in ownership has really made the place go downhill, and fast. Sad to see a once great burrito staple turn into a complete disaster!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst burrito I have ever attempted to eat. The meat (beef) quality was poor. What bothered me the most was the lack staff hygiene. The clerk removed his cap, scratched his head, and then put on gloves (while his dirty hands touched the outside of his gloves, rendering them useless). Staff need basic etiquette and hygiene training (washing hands) and take more pride in their product. No one should accept & pollute their body with poor quality food. If you’re serious about burritos and demand high quality at a reasonable price go to Jey’s in Barrie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The burrito I just had was the worst burrito ever, I was getting a bean and cheese burrito and they were skimping out on both of the items that burrito is supposed to be filled with, they added so much jalapeños when asking for a bit, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. It felt like I was eating just raw veggies. The staff is not engaging at all nor are they listening to the what the customer would like. It truly felt like a zero star service and good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried this location one more time, after numerous times being told that they had no chicken, we stopped going.
We went this week and noticed that they must have new owners (this location franchise was up for sale before). The burrito was no longer FAT. They were so skimpy with all the toppings. I had to ask numerous times for more. There was absolutely no chicken. I think after two bites there was no more chicken. We will never go back. To bad they are ruining a great franchise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought $60-$70 dollars worth of food, and it didn’t feel like we got that type of food at all. They weren’t putting in a lot of any of the toppings we asked for. If they could have put very little of everything they would do that. The food and service was zero rating. They haven’t baked it properly, cheese wasn’t melt as it should be. It left me hungry because I had to throw half of my burrito out. I’ll never order from here again!!!
