Staff was great to work with, and Nick was very prompt and responsive when contacted. We will use them again in the future.

His knowledge and expertise was top notch. Nick explained everything to us and helped us with the right size of furnace for the house. Due to our time line, and Enbridge sending us shut off letters for the incorrect pipeline Nick made us a top priority (it was December, thankfully not now, January, in this deep freeze) Within days Nick had his crew out here removing the old clunker that worked so hard to heat our home (loudly) and installed our new very quiet furnace that maintains this home without any problems whatsoever. Most days I will have to turn the thermostat down, that's how well it heats this old house!!! Very, very happy with Nick and his crew. No mess left behind at all. They left no evidence that they were even here, except a new running furnace, and no more letters from Enbridge. If you're looking for a reliable, confident, trustworthy company to come into your home for a new furnace, these are your guys...Farley Heating...give them a call, ask for Nick and set up an appointment...you won't be disappointed. We are going to have them back for the A/C too in the spring. Thank you to Nick and his crew for keeping the home warm and the wolves away from our door, LOL.

They even corrected some of my DYI wiring that was not up to snuff and removed something in the duct that was making noise. Ajah in the office was very friendly and helpful.

Our furnace stopped working on an incredibly cold day, and they came within a few hours and took care of things. They were incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and explained exactly what the problem was. They left us with some heaters in case the furnace stopped until they got the replacement part in. Wonderful people to deal with. I’d highly recommend them.
