★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a regular costumer for a year. I have been working in supermarkets myself and I can say they do a great job. Everyone is quite friendly and polite. There has been couple of times that I forgot my wallet and I needed small items and they helped me. There was even one occasion when I lost my phone and they helped me get a taxi. I don't know everyone's name but one to mention is Pramila. She has an amazing and kind attitude and it's delight to see her every time I visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The workers here are so nice! Promila (I think that's her name) fixed a price for a product for me from $40 to $10 without me having to say anything! She is always so kind and welcoming. Most convenient and nicest food mart I have been to. Thanks for everything!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store has everything to offer and it is extremely convenient because it is open 24x7. The customer service representatives are extremely friendly helpful especially Pramila. She is so good at her job, I miss her whenever she isn’t there at the store to greet me with her big smile

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest merchant tricks their customer to pay twice. I paid with my American express credit card, it went through, but then they said they don't take amex and asked me to pay again with a different card. They said the money will return to my amex card, but it did not. I ended up paying the same thing twice with different cards and found it out a few days later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually do my groceries shopping in the last minute and what’s nice about Farah’s food is the ease of access whenever one needs anything.
On top of that, customer services is always on spot, especially from Prami. She is attentive and always seem so pleasant! Recommend highly for anyone whom needs to do grocery shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order from here off of uber eats and when they didn't have the exact brand that I had asked for they called and made sure it was okay to give me the product under a different brand name. When I had received the order there was kit kats in the bag aswell. Really brightened up my day, great customer service !
