Best Asian grocery store in Canada

M	Marta Borowska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large selection of vegan and non-vegan products. Some things aren’t in English so not sure of all ingredients but most things have a sticker on the back with the English ingredients. Pretty big place. Staff is regular niceness. $5 minimum for debit and credit.

They also have a large variety of instant noodle soups. I also like to buy exotic/rare products, which are different than what one can buy in other supermarkets. I'll keep coming back, whenever I'm in the mood for something unique. April 13/19 ... have been searching KW for "Kewpie" mayo from Japan, finally found it here and they a large quantity of it. While I was there, I also bought a bunch of other items (like I always do). Go check this place, I hidden gem in KW, especially for those who enjoy unique tastes from around the world.
J	Jack Morgan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought two packs of tteok (rice cake), went home and cooked one but after the first bite I knew it tasted moldy. Brought back the unopened pack and the empty bag of the one I cooked two hours after purchasing and had to argue for 10 minutes with four different employees before they finally gave the $15 refund. Owner was insistent that I should have also brought back the cooked tteok so they could "verify" my claims (were they going to taste test it themselves??). I know that they have a no refund policy however if they sell moldy or expired food it is a different thing entirely. Written on the packages was "keep frozen" however they admitted that they had them out of the freezer on the shelf for two days. I'd also like to point out that the price on the shelf was a dollar less than what they were actually rang up as. Tldr; Just go to T&T instead - prices are cheaper and it's not moldy.

I brought multiples of the exact item off the shelf with the same price to show them they priced them all the same, but they would not honor it because it scanned more in their system. Customer service is nonexistent. My cashier was rude and talking in her language with the other cashier talking through me at my back. Then another employee came over and made eye contact with me as he deliberately started scratching off the sticker price in front of me. I just left at that point and didn't buy anything. They lost $100 business from me over one item. I don't need to shop here. There are so many other asian supermarkets in this region with better pricing and selection. I personally recommend TnT, KW Korean Food Market, or Lao-Thai superstore to name a few.
