TrĂšs mauvais, non pas bon. D’une nullitĂ© de respect client comme j’ai jamais vue. On appel pour un mĂ©decin et aucun retour d’appel. Pourrie comme ça ce peut pas. Pour ce qui est de la publicitĂ© il est certain que je vais leurs en faire.
Very bad, not good. A void of customer respect like I've never seen. We call for a doctor and no call back. Rotten like that it can't. As for the publicity it is certain that I will make them some.

Bonjour, moi mon mĂ©decin que J'AVAIS Ă  cette clinique Ă  lĂąchĂ© depuis le dĂ©but de la Covic, et le pire la clinique nous a mĂȘme pas rĂ©fĂ©rĂ© Ă  un autre docteur en alternance. Notre ((((((( supposĂ© mėdecin)))))) se nomme Nadia Gagnon, en plus c'est le mĂ©decin de notre famille . On a eu tellement de misĂšre pour trouver un docteur, t et maintenant tous nos espoirs sont perdu.
Hello, me my doctor who I HAD at this clinic failed since the start of the Covic, and worst of all, the clinic has not even referred us to another doctor on a work-study basis. Our (((((((supposed mėdecin)))))) is called Nadia Gagnon, plus she's our family doctor. We had so much trouble finding a doctor, t and now all our hopes are lost.

Pas capable de voir mon médecin de famille depuis des semaines pour un suivi et avoir une prescription. A chaque appel, on demande d'appeler la semaine suivante. Absolument ridicule.
Not able to see my family doctor for weeks for follow-up and get a prescription. With each call, we ask to call the following week. Absolutely ridiculous.

Impossible de parler Ă  un mĂ©decin et/oĂč une infirmiĂšre au sujet d'un enjeu durant la grossesse. Au premier appel la secrĂ©taire vous rĂ©fĂšre Ă  l'urgence de l'hĂŽpital et ce en temps de pandĂ©mie, refuse de laisser un message au mĂ©decin. RĂ©sultat d'un deuxiĂšme appel le lendemain: une infirmiĂšre vous rappellera... AprĂšs 4 jour j'attends toujours un rappel. Tant qu'Ă  utilisĂ© les services d'un ramassis d'incompĂ©tent qui mettent en jeu la santĂ© de leurs patient autant changer et recommencer Ă  tous d'Ă©viter cet endroit. À moins que vous ne vouliez nager dans le nĂ©an durant votre grossesse.
Cannot speak to a doctor and / or nurse about an issue during pregnancy. At the first call, the secretary refers you to the hospital emergency room and this in times of pandemic, refuses to leave a message for the doctor. Result of a second call the next day: a nurse will call you back ... After 4 days I am still waiting for a call back. As long as using the services of a bunch of incompetent who put the health of their patients at stake, they might as well change and start all over again to avoid this place. Unless you want to swim in the Nean during your pregnancy.

Manque de protection des actifs informationnels et flagrant dĂ©lit de confidentialitĂ© . Lors de ma derniĂšre prĂ©sence au bureau, on m a remis un questionnaire si j ai des symptĂŽmes du COVID. J ai cochĂ© quelque cases Ă©tant donnĂ© la haute saison du pollen et que je m Ă©tait Ă©tirĂ© un muscle dans la jambe donc douleur musculaire. la secrĂ©taire a commencĂ© Ă  me poser des questions sur mon Ă©tat de santĂ©. Je lui ai donc repondu calmement et gentillement que je refuse de rĂ©pondre a ses questions Ă©tant donnĂ© que c est confidentiel et que ma MD est au courant de mon Ă©tat. Ellem a donc dit wu il se peut que l on annule mon rendez-vous et elle m a envoyĂ© sa superviseur qii a commencĂ© a me crier apres. Je lui ai dit qu elle n a pas raison de hausser le ton et que j etait calme et quelle devrait faire de mĂȘme. Elle m a demandĂ© de rĂ©pondre ce que j ai comme maladie et je lui ai dit que c est confidentiel. Elke m a demandĂ© si c est quelque chose de rĂ©cent les symptĂŽmes et je lui ai dit non. Une fois entrĂ© dans le bureau du MD , la doc commence a me faire un sermons qu ils sont un Ă©quipe et surtout durant le COVID, ils sont un Ă©quipe. Travaillant dans le domaine de la santĂ© et connaissant ce qui est demandĂ© en terme de sĂ©curitĂ© selon les agrĂ©ments (audit pour ceux ne connaissant pas le jargon). Je lui ai rĂ©pondu que malgrĂ© une signature d engagement de confidentialitĂ© il est du devoir du professionnel de la santĂ© de protĂ©ger le llus possible les informations personnelles et confidentielle et que c est pour ceyte raison qu il y a des archivistes mĂ©dical qui s adsure que les intervenants ont acces aux informations pertinentes seulement. Je lui ai dit qu une secrĂ©taire n etais pas une professionnelle de la santĂ© et quelles n ont pas de code de dĂ©ontologie me permettant d avoir recours si janais il y avais faute. Je lui ai repondu que pour moi dire ce que j ai ai confidentiel, que leur questionnaire covid ne tenais pas compte de maladie chronique et wue la secrĂ©taire manquait de professionnalisme en voulant s introduire dans ma relation medecin patient en demandant mes maladies. Elke aurais dĂ» me rĂ©pondre gentillement et poser des questions sans vouloir connaĂźtre ma vie. Ma mĂ©decin a Ă©tĂ© apres d une arrogance ferme et a dit que je lui ai fais perdre 5 minutes et si je voulais elle pouvait mettre fin au rendez-vous. Quelle n a pas plus de 5 minutes a accordĂ© a chaque patient. Du gros dĂ©ni de leur faute et chantage Ă  fin de manipuler le patient. Aucune questionnement concernant mon etat mentale et seulement sur mon physique, comme si le cĂŽtĂ© psychologique de l homne n est pas reconnu par la mĂ©decine .... aucune dĂ©licatesse, compassion ou ampathie. Je suis un numĂ©ro et je dois rentrer dans son 5 minutes. J aurais Ă©tait servie par une machine et occulter par un robot, j aurais une un plus grand respect et eu plus d humanitĂ©. Je suis jaloux que mes animaux bĂ©nĂ©ficient de service exemplaire tandis que nous QuĂ©bĂ©cois avons des services pires que tout ce que j ai vu.

I checked a few boxes given the high pollen season and stretched a muscle in my leg so muscle pain. the secretary started asking me questions about my state of health. So I answered him calmly and kindly that I refuse to answer his questions since it is confidential and that my MD is aware of my condition. So Ellem said wu we might cancel my appointment and she sent her supervisor to me who started yelling at me. I told her she was not right to speak up and that I was calm and she should do the same. She asked me to answer my illness and I told her that it is confidential. Elke asked me if the symptoms were recent and I said no. Once in the MD's office, the doc begins to lecture me that they are a team and especially during COVID they are a team. Working in the field of health and knowing what is required in terms of safety according to the approvals (audit for those who do not know the jargon). I replied that despite signing a confidentiality agreement, it is the duty of the healthcare professional to protect personal and confidential information as much as possible and that it is for this reason that there are medical archivists who adhere to them. stakeholders have access to relevant information only. I told her that a secretary was not a health professional and that they did not have a code of ethics allowing me to have recourse if there was any fault. I replied that for me to say what I have confidential, that their covid questionnaire did not take into account chronic illness and that the secretary was unprofessional in wanting to enter my doctor-patient relationship by asking about my illnesses. Elke should have answered me kindly and asked questions without wanting to know my life. My doctor was after a firm arrogance and said I made her waste 5 minutes and if I wanted she could end the appointment. No more than 5 minutes allowed for each patient. Big denial of their fault and blackmail to manipulate the patient. No questioning about my mental state and only about my physique, as if the psychological side of the man is not recognized by medicine .... no delicacy, compassion or ampathy. I'm a number and I have to get in her 5 minutes. I would have been served by a machine and obscured by a robot, I would have greater respect and had more humanity. I am jealous that my animals receive exemplary service while we Quebecers have worse service than anything I have seen.

Every time you call to fix an appointment with your family doctor, there's always a reason to push back the date. Always ringing busy, can't leave any messages or whatnot. Very unprofessionnal clinic.

My son had an appointment with Dr Patrick Laplante and I am thrilled to leave this review. Amazing doctor; thoughtful and real. Just wished we could get him as a GP!!!
