★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mme Laflamme, mon père m’avait dit tellement de bien sur vous et votre entreprise… votre professionnalisme, votre compétence. Aujourd'hui, moi, JL Rodrigue, je me suis présentée à mon rendez-vous. Premierement, en entrant, un Monsieur le masque sous le nez, à l’entrée! Deuxiemement, une jeune réceptionniste ne comprenait pas ce que je lui disait (peut-être lui faire un text audio serait recommandée). Troisièmement, en attente, dans votre petite salle, nous étions 8 personnes à attendre, à part de ceux qui venaient pour remplacer tel ou tel morceau d’appareils. Nous avons attendus, oui nous avions 2 rendez-vous, un pour mon mari et un pour moi-même, vos réceptionnistes la moitié du temps avaient le masque dans le cou et lorsqu’apres avoir observé toute la situation, j’ai voulu aller de vive voix annoncer notre départ à une de vos réceptionniste, celle-ci au téléphone pour un futur rendez-vous, n’a jamais levé les yeux sur moi ou fais aucun signe me signifiant qu’elle voyait une personne face à elle. En voiture pour mon retour à la maison, j’ai appelé et j’ai dû canceler nos rendez-vous, et encore là, la réceptionniste me disait qu’elle ne m’entendait pas… cela a été, dans cette pandémie, et SURTOUT dans le service à la clientèle (et je suis aguerrie sur le sujet) une totale déception. Je sais que vous allez prendre votre retraite mais personnellement je vous conseillerais de voir à la qualité du fonctionnement de la relève.
Ms. Laflamme, my father told me so much good about you and your business ... your professionalism, your competence. Today, I, JL Rodrigue, showed up for my meeting. First, upon entering, a gentleman masks him under his nose at the entrance! Second, a young receptionist did not understand what I was telling her (maybe giving her an audio text would be recommended). Third, on hold, in your small room there were 8 people to wait, apart from those who came to replace such and such a piece of equipment. We waited, yes we had 2 appointments, one for my husband and one for myself, your receptionists half the time had the mask on their necks and when after observing the whole situation I wanted to go verbally announce our departure to one of your receptionist, this one on the phone for a future meeting, never looked up at me or made any sign to me that she saw a person in front of her. In the car for my return home, I called and had to cancel our appointments, and again, the receptionist was telling me that she could not hear me ... that has been, in this pandemic, and ESPECIALLY in customer service (and I am seasoned on the subject) a total disappointment. I know that you are going to retire, but personally I would advise you to see to the quality of the operation of the succession.
