Entre temps, mes appareils tombent en panne et nécessite une réparation mineure (5 minutes que ça prend à régler). Je tente de prendre un rendez-vous par courriel depuis 2 jours puisque je ne peux plus parler au téléphone parce que mes appareils sont en panne. Ils n'ont jamais répondu. Il faut être significativement déconnecté de la réalité de sa propre clientèle en 2021 pour continuer à penser que des malentendants doivent obligatoirement utiliser le téléphone pour prendre rendez-vous avec ceux qui réparent leurs appareils. Comment se fait-il qu'il ne se trouve personne pour au minimum accuser réception de la demande? Je considère que c'est du très mauvais service et je vais commencer des démarches pour trouver un autre audioprothésiste qui n'est pas à l'âge de pierre. I have had my file with them since 2018, I had a good hearing care professional who left it seems. They still have not reassigned me to another hearing care professional. In the meantime, my devices break down and require a minor repair (5 minutes it takes to fix). I have been trying to make an appointment by email for 2 days since I can no longer speak on the phone because my devices are down. They never responded. You have to be significantly disconnected from the reality of your own customers in 2021 to continue to think that the hearing impaired must necessarily use the telephone to make an appointment with those who repair their devices. How is it that there is no one to at least acknowledge receipt of the request? I consider this to be a terrible disservice and I will begin efforts to find another hearing care professional who is not in the Stone Age.
