Peut importe la situation ils ont toujours fait des pieds et des mains (dans la mesure du possible bien sûr) pour être capable de répondre à mes besoins lors d'urgence ou de problème. Je n'ai que des éloges à leur sujet. Ce sont des humains qui vous traitent comme des humains. Bravo et merci de tout coeur! Un gros thumb up à la réceptionniste de mon médecin traitant ? The staff are extremely dedicated. Regardless of the situation, they always went out of their way (as much as possible of course) to be able to meet my needs during an emergency or problem. I have nothing but praise for them. These are humans who treat you like humans. Well done and thank you with all my heart! A big thumbs up to my doctor's receptionist ?

Après 1h retourner a la réception et la première réceptionniste ne m'avais pas check in malgre le fais que j'ai été la voir 1h plus tôt. Si je ne serais pas retourner à la reception je n'aurais jamais passer dû à l'incompétence d'une réceptionniste. Après plus d'une heure d'attente dans la salle d'attente, 10 min d'attente dans le bureau du Dr. Tout cela pour finalement me faire donner de l'info par le Dr qui aurait pu être dit par téléphone. Waiting time of 1h + on RV.... After 1 hour back to reception and the first receptionist did not check me in despite the fact that I went to see her 1 hour earlier. If I would not return to the reception I would never have passed due to the incompetence of a receptionist. After more than an hour of waiting in the waiting room, 10 minutes of waiting in the office of Dr. All of this to finally get me some info from the Dr that could have been said over the phone.

Pour les personnes qui donnent les rv, il serait p.e. pertinent de mentionner que votre adresse a changé, en prenant les informations de la patiente, vous pourriez leur demander s'ils sont déjà venus à la nouvelle clinique...ainsi leur donner la nouvelle adresse. Pas drôle pour les personnes âgées de chercher une clinique quand ils n'ont pas votre adresse, assez ordinaire... Hello, I took an appointment for my 85 year old mother, who is never sick, and has not seen her doctor for at least 1.5 years. For the people who give the rvs, it would be relevant eg to mention that your address has changed, taking the patient's information, you could ask them if they have already come to the new clinic ... so give them the news. address. Not funny for the elderly to look for a clinic when they do not have your address, quite ordinary ...

C'est neuf donc très propre et acueillant ! 3-storey building with elevators offices of health professionals! Different waiting areas, a little maze... It's new so very clean and welcoming!
c	carolyne st-pierre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le temps attendre pour la ligne est très longue et pour un rendez-vous fait 1 mois j’appelle les lundi et j’ai jamais eu de réponse juste l’attendre pour vrai je suis très déçu avant dans l’autre clinique on étais bien servi et maintenant pu capable d’avoir dû servi . The waiting time for the line is very long and for an appointment made 1 month I call on Mondays and I never got an answer just wait for it for real I am very disappointed before in the other clinic we were good served and now capable of having been served.

Par contre les communications via certaine réceptionniste sont loin d'être des plus professionnelles et la responsabilité de la prise de rendez-vous incombe à l'usager! Dommage car l'empathie ne semble pas être perçue comme une valeur ajoutée! Waiting in line about ten minutes, very acceptable. On the other hand, communications via certain receptionists are far from being the most professional and the responsibility for making appointments lies with the user! Too bad because empathy does not seem to be perceived as an added value!
