Service hors-pair, acceuil chaleureux et inventaire incroyable a prix plus que raisonnable! A l'arrivée, j'avais une idée plus ou moin vague des pièces j'avais besoin, une idée assé précise du résultat voulu. Ils ont pris leur temps de me conseiller, expliquer et rechercher tout une question après l'autre! (Sérieusement, ca a pris facilement 1 heure, j'avait beaucoup de questions.) Je vois quelques reviews disant qu'il sont "bêtes", personellement j'arrive pas a comprendre, c'est totalement l'opposé a mon expérience! En conclusion, je recommande très chaudement et j'en fait le seul magasin pour tout mes besoin en terme de téléguidé/hobby!

Un des meilleurs services en matière de hobby télécommandé. Leurs produits sont haut de gamme et les prix sont intéressants. Ils tiennent des pièces de rechange variés pour les marques en vente et peuvent commander ce que vous avez besoin le cas échéant. Un must dans la région de Granby!

Out of the way for me but worth the trip! Kind of a small store but they most likely have anything you're looking for when it comes to hobbies

Within one minute of walking into this place my entire family walked out and will not return. We travelled from Labrador with our three children for summer vacation. One of the highlights of the trip was visiting a hobby rc shop so that my six year old could spend his birthday money on accessories for his new Traxxas Stampede. My three year old had money from his grandparents that he wanted to use on a new rc toy as well. My children were very excited when we entered the shop. They had never been in a hobby shop before, and there were countless 'cool' things! I was two steps behind my three year old, reminding him about our conversation to 'look at, not touch' the toys, when a man came up to my three year old son and snatched the toy from his hands, and began lecturing him that the toys were expensive, and that 'if you break it, you buy it'. At first, I thought he was a bit overly abrupt, but he was right, the toys were expensive. However, he continued to rant at my child and I. He told me I needed to 'check' my children! At this, I gave him a 'back off' glare, but still bit my tongue, and took my children by the hands to go look elsewhere in the store. He followed us...continuing his rant. I finally looked at him and said, ' these children are your customers'. He then continued to lecture me that its a parents' responsibility to watch their children, and that if we break it, we buy it. I lost my temper! I shouted 'I know' at him, and told my husband I wanted us to leave. Now, I agree that parents should watch their children. And, I have always been prepared to fix and cover the cost of anything my children may damage. What I found unacceptable about this man was that my children were not damaging anything. They were not knocking things down or being rough. My six year old was looking at the toys like a model child. My three year old was chattering excitedly and had picked up three toys...but he was only holding them and looking; and I was right next to him, reminding him to be careful. My children were VERY supervised. Furthermore, if the shop keeper had concerns about his merchandise, he could have handled it with more grace. He could have simply come over and said, be careful please, these toys are delicate. Or any wording he wished. Basically, he could've treated his customers with respect. If you have children, I wouldn't recommend bringing them here. Clearly, this shop is for old men only!!!!
