Ambiance relax ou l'on peut prendre notre temps pour regarder et poser des questions. Les employés conaissent tres bien leurs produits. Néophyte en matiere de jeux de societé, je sais cependant qu'elle expérience je recherche d'un jeu et ils ont toujours su me conseiller de tres bon jeux repondant a mes attente. Finalement je suis pas un joueur de carte Magic mais si vous l'etent n'hésiter meme pas a aller voir, ils ont une collection assez incroyable, je crois que c'est la place en region. Superb gaming store with a huge selection of board games and original toys. Relax atmosphere where we can take our time to watch and ask questions. Employees know their products very well. Neophyte in the matter of games of society, I know however that experience I search for a game and they always knew to advise me very good games answering my wait. Finally I am not a card player Magic but if you were not even hesitate to go see, they have a pretty incredible collection, I think it's the place in the region.

On peux passer une commande enligne et aller la chercher en boutique ou la faire livré par la poste. Great selection of Magic the Gathering Games and Cards. The 2 employees are courteous and fun. Their online magic card sales service is great. You can place an order online and pick it up in store or have it delivered by mail.

Je rentre pour un information, le gars est bin relax sur sa chaise, ne se lève même pas d'un brin, je pose des questions, il me réfère à un Ipad pour les réponses et reste dans son coin comme si je n'était pas là du tout. Comon mon gars tes capables de mieux. Il y avait même pas 3 personnes dans le magasin est se lever c'était trop demander ? Il n'y avait même pas de service, même pas un peu. Normalement les employés sont compétents, mais please god le service à la clientèle c'est un gros minimum dans une boutique. Le concept d'une boutique c'est d'avoir des employés sensés expliquer, servir et rendre l'expérience agréable. Bin déçu de toi mon gars, travaille sur ton service next time ok. for real it was a joke as a service. I come in for information, the guy is relaxed in his chair, does not even get up a bit, I ask questions, he refers me to an Ipad for the answers and stays in his corner as if I were not not there at all. How can you guys do the best, my boy. There were not even 3 people in the store is getting up was too much to ask? There was not even service, not even a little. Normally the employees are competent, but please god customer service is a big minimum in a shop. The concept of a store is to have employees who are supposed to explain, serve and make the experience pleasant. Bin disappointed with you boy, work on your service next time ok.

Offers a nice variety of board games, figurines, playing cards (MTG, pokemon, etc) although a little more expensive than other places I frequent for these kinds of items.

I never heard back from them, I had to call and was refused to return the game or have them order an English copy. High prices, poor policy and service.
