โ โ โ โ โ This store and the lady working it gave me hope that there still are great people out there. I forgot to get her name but she had glasses and jsut the nicest. I was looking somthing for my dog who has been haveing issues with eating lately. I explained what had been going on qnd had a nice converasation with her about it and she was very helpfull. Long story she was great listend to my story and did somthing amazing dor me. This is now going to be the only place i spend money on my dog and i dont live in richmond.

โ โ โ โ โ Very cute little store, but lots to look at! They had so much stuff and everything was well organized. They sell things/brands that you will not find at petsmart/bosleys. Plus the store owner was so friendly! Will definitely come back again!

โ โ โ โ โ This family owned & operated store is where you want to shop for your pet! Next level service. They were more than happy to order in my dog food that no one else carries (N&D by Farmina) So friendly and just an absolute pleasure when I go in to get my monthly supply. They also carry Canadian made 100% biodegradable dog poo bags. I'd give 6 โญ if I could.

โ โ โ โ โ It's a small store, but has tons of amazing products! I highly recommend this store to family and friends. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable about the products. It was great to go in and know that they have healthy food at reasonable prices for all our pets- 1 snake, 2 dogs and 2 cats. Much appreciated!
