โ โ โ โ โ Our favorite Bosley's location. Had been to other locations in different cities, but this one is the most neat and clean one, especially for the bath area. We've been visiting the store since it was opened 4 or 5 years ago. Special thanks to Johwena and Sharon, they are very welcoming and helped us a lot every time we come in :D

โ โ โ โ โ I've been their customer since day one they opened this location. I've been busy recently so I forgot to buy food for my cat until last night when I realized he literally will has no dry food to eat next day. I rushed to the store at 6pm and they closed already which is totally fine since the store close at 6pm on Sunday. I knocked on the door and hoping I can grab a bag of food quickly since it's only 6:01pm. But they said they're closed there's nothing they can do. I was like my cat has nothing to eat tomorrow, can you please let me in and it only takes 30 seconds for me to grab the food and pay, but they said no....

โ โ โ โ โ Been there twice to wash my dogs. They have changed to a first come first serve only basis for the dog wash. Knowing this we came with our dogs ( we have 3). One or both of their dryer has been broken both times we were there. You can only imagine how long it took to dry 3, thick undercoat doggos. The employee that worked there from the beginning was not very friendly. Had initially gave us 1 apron and 2 towels for 2 people and 3 dogs. I had to find her and ask her for more. She came around once more to ask us if we were done yet because someone was waiting . The people waiting had arrived shortly after us so they waited the whole wash and dry process. The employee made us feel like we had to rush, even though we paid for all 3 dogs and their wash. Our dogs were still wet when we left. Before i left i wanted to buy some treats and i had my own reusable bag. The same employee didnt even ask if i needed a bag and gave me one. When telling her i dont need the bag she replied โ I charged already so take itโ
I never knew people at petstores could be hmm whats the wordโฆ so grouchy.

โ โ โ โ โ Friendly and helpful staff when you approach them with a question, I love that theyโre very honest with their individual knowledge of brands. (And thereโs quick a good selection here!)
Iโve yet to have a bad experience with service in the years Iโve visited, and Iโve watched dogs pee on the floor! (The staff are very kind, professional and quick cleaning any embarrassing spills when they happen.)
Like their food return and donation program :)
