★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my rescue dog and she is a picky eater. When we visited pawplus pet we were so happy they carried so many different high end brands and raw food that my dog absolutely loved! We switched from kibbles to dehydrated food and then switched to raw food which is so much better, healthier and she always finishes her food now. The staff are so resourceful,knowledgeable and helpful! My dog visited a few pet stores and so far this is the one she wont refuse to go in! She must be getting alot of good vibes and knows all the yummy food she loves are in there. Very Very happy with this store! Its my go to pet store.

When I first went there, the staff enthusiastically explained the difference of molar snacks and what kind of dog it is suitable for. In addition, the staff will ask about the dog's allergens. They are very considerate!!!!! When I take my dog to the store, sometimes they will feed my dog some treats for free. My dog and I love this store very much. By the way, sometimes dogs "work" in the store. DON'T BE SCARED. All of them are very sweet and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog is obsessed with the shop, so am I. The first time I came to the shop for raw food, I mentioned that my dog has food allergy. The owner explained everything and gave me suggestions on different brands. She’s so knowledgeable, kind and generous. My dog had a feast on the house? The next time I went there was one month later and I was so surprised that the owner remembered my dog’s allergens. She truly loves pets, and I believe with such passion, the shop is and will be many customers’ first choice on pet foods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m sooooooooooo in love with this store! I live around this neighborhood, and I have a constantly-craving-food cat. First I was wondering if the store was worth going coz the comments look so worse that stop me from becoming one of their customers, until I saw a comment said that they often had lots of dogs and most of dogs were vicious! That actually triggered me,hahahaha. But! Look the pictures! You can tell how neat and well-organized is the store! And there is a handsome golden retriever sitting next to the staff waiting for me to pet him!!!!! SWEET!!!! The staffs are friendly and they know cats and dogs so WELL! And the products are various, all raw food looks fresh????if you’re looking for a nice pet store selling the natural pet food and providing animal therapy, this store is a MUST, especially when you’re under a huge stress. Trust me, you are not going to leave this store without a big SMILE on your face!!
ps: maybe don’t bring your dog here I guess, coz I saw a dog who was so happy that he didn’t want to leave the store?LOL
