★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fahel & Co is the property management of my current apartment. They are easy to transact with and very responsive with all our requests. They have gone above and beyond with how quick their response is on some of our inquiries and even responds outside business hours. The building is maintained properly and there are no issues with the trash as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having been with another property manager previously, I can say that Fahel & Co does excellent work. They were able to fix a number of mistakes from my previous property manager, some serious, like lease agreement errors. Their prices are also competitive. For communication, any interaction has always been quick and friendly (thanks Jessica!). Also the owner, Rami, I can tell he has a serious interest in Real Estate based on how he has been able to answer questions about corporations and laws etc. So it's not just a business to them, they have a sincere interest in Real Estate and property management. I highly recommend Fahel & Co as I have been doing so with my family and friends.

Any problems that have arisen, which there has only been 2 minor issues, were fixed up promptly and with general concern and dedication to providing a good service. The employees at Fahel & Co. are always polite & accommodating. The company always makes themselves available to help and serve their customers. It has been a pleasure living here knowing we are being well taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been renting property with Fahel & Co since July 2021. Very attentive service with prompt response. Jessica our main contact at Fahel is amazing to work with. Needed to get the whole furnace and A/C changed and was done in a very professional and quick matter. Also very good taste in general, our dinning room light fixture was broken by previous tenant and she found us an amazing model to replace it, even nicer than original one. Highly recommend this property management company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed living in my unit over the past year. I felt the organization was professional with addressing my unit's concerns and kept me informed on maintenance throughout the building. Their online payment system made rent hassle-free. The unit itself was modern when I moved in- there were some issues; but, nothing that was not addressed. I would highly recommend Fahel & co if you want to live in the heart of Ottawa. I wish their buildings had more student/young professional amenities such as a gym, study space and etc.; but, overall I felt that for the location it was a good value.

She is professional, helpful, and attentive to the needs of us as clients. She makes sure we are in the loop at all times as it concerns maintenance of our home. She has gone out of her way to provide excellent service. We rest easy knowing Fahel & Co. is managing our home. A+ rating from us as clients. Matt and Jessica were our main contacts and they were so attentive, kind and responded very promptly for any concerns. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far, this has been my best experience with a landlord/management corporation. They are proactive with their notifications regarding services and potential disruptions (fire alarm testing or noise from construction/repairs). They have been very responsive when I call, email, or use their online portal. Maintenance staff have been tremendously helpful and have been able to either fix all issues in one visit or inspect the issue to order the appropriate materials. They also have a very secure method for handling unit keys, so I feel assured that my privacy is respected. Overall, I have nothing negative to say after 8 months of dealing with their staff.
