One of the factor that most of the real estate agents do not have is patient but Sam is very patient real estate agent and always gave us the best advice about the advantages and disadvantages of the houses and let us to make decision instead of forcing us to make decision. He is really expert at negotiating the prices, whether when I was buying the house or when I rent my house. I strongly recommend him to whoever is looking for a real estate agent.
