Staff were very helpful in picking out new board games for the family. Buylist for some Magic cards went extremely smooth. Great experience.

A very solid store for all your collectible card game and board gaming needs. I was there for a big tournament. However even with so many people there the staff was very knowledgable, courteous and well spoken. I highly recommend if looking for a local gaming store. They also do online sales from their website. The products are numerous and the staff always ready to help.

Nice staff, good tables! It's the closest the neighborhood has to a boardgame store, but really it's here for Magic and Pokemon cards. Since the pandemic hit they have had a slim selection of TCG singles, as the bulk of their stock was shipped to Montreal for online sales. It's rare to go in here looking for specific cards and be able to find them, instead you are usually told to order online. Not sure if they plan on changing that when the pandemic lightens up

Although lately in 2002 401 Games has better prices on MTG singles, I prefer shopping at this location due to the customer service experience. I find the staff here WAY MORE approachable than 401. Also being able to buy some, not many but some MTG singles on the spot vs 401 Games is a winner in my books. I also feel the prices they offer for selling cards for a store credit to be extremely fair. I also love the fact that they have many playmats for sale where they display them on the wall so you don't waste your money. I could be wrong but I wish they did this earlier because I bought a licensed playmat that was high quality but was so bad if I had seen it on their wall, a playmat that is still on display on their wall, I would have never bought it based upon style preference alone because nothing was technically wrong with it, I think I made the mistake of buying it when it was just released. Overall I wish Face to Face would lower some of their prices on certain cards and not as a sale promotion, otherwise I'd buy more often from Face to Face vs 401 Games or Wizards Tower. Although to be fair, I usually buy really expensive rares from Face to Face. I've bought cards from Wizards Tower and I'm 99% sure they sold me fakes, something I brought to Wizards Tower attention and showed/compared photographs of the exact same card I bought from Face to Face and Wizards Tower. When I brought it to Wizards Tower attention I did get offered a full refund but they somehow took my Goggle Review down and that's wrong because I feel others should know what happened. The point is that in certain situations I'd rather pay a bit more money, within reason, to ensure I'm not getting fake cards when Wizards Tower tried to blame it on Hasbro and poor printing quality.

Great customer service, especially from Diane Quintal! I've placed several online orders recently for singles, and a few arrived in less than NM-condition. Diane resolved the issues very quickly! I will continue to purchase singles from Face to Face Games. Thank you!

I highly recommend Face to Face for anyone that is into Magic the Gathering. The customer service is impeccable, the card selection is vast, they offer great prices for buy listed cards, and the playing enviroment environment is great. I have had great customer experiences from them in many cases. My first great experience was when I was selling cards to them. I was afraid that I would get the value on my cards reduced as they couldn't value the cards I had on the moment as they had a backlog of cards to check in for the buy list when I was selling to them. They reassured me that the value would be kept based on what I listed on the online submission. They kept their word which made the selling experience wonderful. My second experience was when I had a delivery package that was lost by Canada Post. They offered to have an investigation of the items and gave a full refund. They also allowed me to repurchase the cards or near equivalents to the cards at the sale price that it was originally bought. This company definitely cares about their customers and even though their pricing tends to be on the higher side, it is worth supporting a store like this.

I'm a dedicated nerd and this kind of place is my Nirvana. One thing that separates this store from a lot of other game stores is how much open space they have, which makes a huge comfortable difference. Their staff has been very nice each time I've gone in and their products are fairly priced. Don't miss out on the ice cream near the register too! Best game shop in Toronto as far as I'm concerned.

I went in to sell dual lands and a craddle, these cards are worth hundreds of dollars. They offered less the 100 for the three cards in question. The lack of respect is how they will try to rip you off is atrocious. I will never buy or sell from them again. Here are the pictures of the cards.
