All the staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make sure that my experience is perfect every single time! They have my preferred tanning bed set up with my favorite radio station and two towels every single time I come in!

I didn't notice much of a difference after the tan though but I did ask for something subtle so that may have been on me. The place could've been cleaner as well and the decorations/furniture feel outdated.

The boy behind the counter knew nothing about spray tans, took my money without making sure the machine worked and then didn’t know how to operate the machine. It’s now been almost a month, I’ve tried to contact them through their website, phoned and I still haven’t gotten a refund. At first the manager told me a week, I waited two and called again and the employee laughed at me when I asked if anyone knew when my refund would be in. Atrocious service, unprofessional staff (the manager at the Beltline location told me she “f-ing hates the place and wants to get fired) and worse atmosphere. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
C	Chelsea Preston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a really nice Fabutan location. They put care on the inside and it doesn't look run down. Justine did my eyelash extensions. She was personable, fabulous, funny, and is really good at her job! The only thing I did wrong that I didn't think out was I used $100 gift card there when extensions were 50% off. I should have used it when there wasn't a promotion. I threw $50 away! I highly recommend Justine's services and this location.

It's a turn off and makes me not want to go back because I can't trust the beds to actually be clean now before I head in. The beds also need some repair as they are quite old. One room has these tiny little hangers that couldn't hold a jacket. Silly things like that could use a refresh plus actually fixing the parts broken on the beds (fixing the fans and the radio). It would be nice to see the owners put the work into upgrading this place to make it a bit nicer and not so run down. 4 stars for staff friendliness but 2 stars for all the rest.
C	C c on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why but it's always a super slow process to even be greeted or put in a bed by these guys! I've had them give away my booking 2x in the past and ended up having to leave before they could fit me in again! They only focus on selling products and even if there is 2 or 3 of the sales people in there no one looks after the line of Tanner's until all the possible products are sold. How about one sells while the other checks in? It's not the first location to do this but definitely the worst for keeping appointments .
