★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to this eyelash studio, because it near the hospital. Had my eyelashes done on the second of April paying 150$ with the tip. With in the the 7 days my right eye ( lashes) were falling completely out with my left eye beautiful as ever. So I call so the next available appointment is today the 17 April to pay another 95$ for the fill. I will never put hush lashes on again!!!

Marie is a lovely gentle technician. She knows when I want a gossip session and knows when I need a quiet nap while getting my lashes done.
Environment is dainty decorated with pink and greys. cozy blankets offered during your appointment.
Highly recommend this location and Marie (I follow her at each location)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're all about bomb lashes and great customer service, then this is the place for you! I've been going to Cassandra for over a year now and my lashes are always flawless! Like, 12/10 friggin AMAZING! I was in the ocean for 10 straight days in Costa Rica, then 5 days in LA and my lashes lasted even after I was home for another week and a half <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EVERYONE NEEDS TO GO TO THIS LASH STUDIO AND SEE CASSANDRA. I have been getting my lashes done for years now and Cassandra is the best I’ve had! She’s quick and soooo thorough! Shes the best for making her clients happy and really completing the look her clients want! My lashes barley shed between fills which is amazing because I’ve had this problem everywhere else where I have gone to get lashes. Cassandra is very welcoming and also can make anyone feel comfortable! The studio it’s self is so cute and so clean! I will 100% recommend this place over any place within Western Canada, literally because of the service Cassandra provides!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a fantasy of looking surreal for my date tonight, I was a nervous wreck.. I made an appointment so I could feel pretty before my date. My experience was amazing, not only did my lashes look wonderful, but my lash tech Chelsea made me feel comfortable and even helped me through the nervousness I was experiencing. What a pleasant surprise as I’m not used to feeling so conformable around new people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m really new to the lash game, when I first walked in I didn’t know much, but I choose Classic lashes. By the time I was done I wasn’t happy with my lashes. Chelsea who did my lashes was really apologetic and I explained exactly what I wanted. When I came back I got them done beautifully in Hybrid Volume. Following that I went to get a touch up 2-3 weeks later and tried something new the Volume which was even better. Not only did she accompany me professionally she taught me the differences of lashes. Thank you for being EXTREMELY patient with me might I add, I was a b***h! I’m sorry and thanks for everything Chelsea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get my lashes done by Patti to see what they were all about. I ended up falling in love with the studio and my lashes! The space itself is well organized and clean. The lash technicians are polite, friendly, and fun to converse with. Patti took such great care of me to make sure my lashes werent stuck together. She educated me on what steps of getting the lashes put on were as she did each step, she explained the possible risks, and she also told me what the aftercare of the lashes would look like. She made everything clear and easy to understand. The lashes themselves look absolutely amazing. They are natural looking, yet full and long. Very elegant. 10/10 would recommend going to get your lashes done by her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to University Hush Lashes after having a not-so-great experience at a different (Hush) lash studio (different franchise owner).
At the University location, Chelsea not only gave me a gorgeous set of volume lashes, she was professional, friendly, and so patient. I have a neurological condition that makes my eyes 'flutter', called nystagmus, in addition to having thin & sparse natural lashes - and Chelsea reassured me that I wasn't a difficult client for lash application. She also gave me great after care tips to make the most of my lashes.
I've been coming to see Chelsea every few weeks since my first appointment & I'm very happy. I love the way the lashes make my eyes look, and I've recommended Chelsea to a few of my friends.
