★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the BEST salon experience ever at XO Rouge! Brandy and Ashley were the girls working on my lashes and they are both super talented , very attentive, detail oriented and very respectful. My lashes look so full and fluffy, super high quality and natural!
Everyone at the salon was very professional and kind, I was greeted with big smiles and warmth!
And of course the most important part: SUPER CLEAN ! I’ve never been to a cleaner salon, I am very particular about cleanliness in general so I was super impressed! Great job, I would definitely recommend XO Rouge for all their services , very trust worthy workers and great prices! High quality work, can’t get better than that.

As a birthday present, my boyfriend surprised me with a lash extension service that I wasn’t going to be able to collect on at the time because I didn’t have child care. Since it was within the 24 hour mark we couldn’t reschedule. I went to the appointment still, to avoid a no show fee, hoping I could choose a different service that I could do while holding my baby, or reschedule without a penalty. They weren’t able to accommodate at the time so they sent me away saying the owner would talk with my boyfriend about our options. The next day he saw that he had been charged, and when he called to say no one contacted him she told him I refused service and that we couldn’t reschedule or get a refund. He spent $130 on nothing and she has now blocked both of our numbers. Really disappointed
The only employee in the salon was only able to offer lash extensions, a lash lift or a brow lamination. None of those are services I could receive while being able to safely care for or hold my baby. We discussed using the credit towards a pedicure, but the nail technician wasn’t available, or rescheduling to a time when I could have child care. She assured me that I could leave and something could be worked out and he would be called. They never called, he called her. Then when we complained about that, we were again told we would be called to talk.. nothing.

I always struggle finding someone for my sparse lashes but Ashley does a very consistently amazing job and the retention is the best it's ever been (I've been to a lot of lash places). She also tailors the look to what you want and is also great at creating looks that suit you. She is also so sweet and has such a positive energy.

I was worried cause I was late and would cause all the next appointments to be delayed but she was so awesome to accomodate me. The experience was very pleasant, easy and relaxing. I loved how soft the lashes were and the application was so comfortable. The Salon was so pretty and had parking in the back that was easy to access. Would definitely come back & recommend!
