Too much glue was added and needed to have them removed the next day.
It took 2.5 hours to have a volume lash done, then the next day 30 minutes to have them removed.
Booked for the following week with their top lash expert. The day before the appointment I called to push the time from 4 pm to 5 pm. Then when I arrived the stylist had left because she had not been informed of the time changed.
I asked for the owner to call me over a week ago and I still haven’t heard from her or him.
So all in all I lost a lot of time and money to have my lashes done, all for nothing!
The only positive I can say is that the staffs are all super nice.
Ok now it’s 4weeks later and still haven’t heard from the owner and haven’t received my money back!
Stay away from that Fabutan, extremely dissatisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tan here and the staff here are great. The cleanest fabutan I've ever been too and always great product selection. Emma suggested redlight and even after the first time I went I felt a difference. I got in a crash 2 years ago and broke my arm. It never healed right and is always achey. Since starting redlight and following her directions that ache is gone. She is a phenomenal person and her customer service is top notch.
One time I was coming out of my tan and there was a lady that walked in and was screaming at her. I was going to help, but she was able to talk to the lady and get her to calm down so fast. Ive never seen someone able to handle a "Karen" like that with such grace and elegance before and it truly shows how capable and incredible Emma is. I'm rambling, but I just think she deserves recognition for being a great worker.
