★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used these guys for a variety of clothes (lots of dress shirts, pants, jackets, suits, etc.) and always been happy with them. They tell you up front if they're not sure whether they can get a mark out which is appreciated. Always get everything back exactly as I hoped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed! I had my coat dry cleaned at this branch, it came back to me faded with many stains of some kind of oil and there’s white furs maybe from other coats (mine is black). This is what I got for a cheaper price than other dry cleaning services. I thought Im gonna be happy but totally disappointed..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They damaged two items of clothing beyond repair. One silk garment was brand new and delicate and the other was in perfect condition. When both were dropped off, no damage was detected. One was a blazer they ripped on the elbow. After weeks of waiting and discussion they covered the cost of the item on its lowest sale price, not replacement value. They also removed the color from a silk garment and even when they were shown the original color and acknowledged that it was still slightly faded and that I had not signed any waiver on a delicate fabric, they refused to cover the cost and have yet to confirm if they will even cover the original dry-cleaning bill. I was told it was not 'faded or damaged enough'. I dry-clean all the time and have never had an experience such as this.
