β β β β β Fabiola is a wonderful hypnotist! She was so great to work with these last 6 weeks. Through hypnosis, we touched on things in my past, that I had completely blocked out of my conscious mind, that were effecting how I handled things in my life at present. I couldn't believe how quickly I was able to correct and change things and patterns by "going back" to those times and changing the way I felt about them. Fabiola has such a calm and soothing voice and a wonderful personality. I would definitely recommend her services!

β β β β β Fabiola is an exceptional Hypnosis therapist - she is extremely pleasant and warm. Her office is secure and comfortable. It was the first time I had ever had this kind of therapy and I feel it was definitely worthwhile. Fabiola supports her office session with supplemental articles and recommendations for relevant reading. I definitely feel the positive affects of the therapy, and highly recommend Fabiola's services.

β β β β β I have been working with Fabiola for a few months now and it has been a great experience for me. I had doubts in the beginning before trying out this form of therapy but I have no doubts any longer. Sheβs great to talk to and just as much a counsellor and friendly ear and more than just someone that puts you into hypnosis. She is a wonderful person and I recommend her to anyone in need.

β β β β β Great experience with Fabiola!
All 5 sessions were done with Zoom, which at first I was concerned about. But it was perfect. I didn't have to drive anywhere, and as long as you have a good set of headphones or earbuds you are good to go. You may even feel more relaxed in your own home environment as I did.
Fabiola has an excellent soft voice for hypnosis, and this is important. As someone else noted she is very empathetic and non-judgemental of your needs. In my case Fabiola easily adapted to my specific needs, and was able to use the specific terminology well that I had passed on to her.
Even if you do not think you can be hypnotized, (as was my case), I believe if you are relaxed enough her words and ideas will sink through to your subconscious which is what one needs.
I will be using Fabiola again, and I highly recommend her if you are looking for someone in this line or work.

β β β β β My experience with Fabiola Miguel exceeded my expectations, her therapies have been very beneficial for my life in general. She is very professional, kind and friendly and a great human being always ready to listen, to know what you want and open to answering all my questions. I recommend Fabiola Miguel without hesitation. I went to her for my fear of driving and all those annoying sensations of tachycardia, sweating, that paralyzing sensation and imagining tragic things when trying to drive has gone and I am already driving to nearby places but I feel happy and also very grateful for that. Her therapies also helped me emotionally and Self-esteem and all this without having finished treatment. Thanks Fabiola.

β β β β β I've worked with Fabiola via zoom weekly sessions, and I've noticed a significant difference in my stress level and how I've been handling various stressors in my life. During each hypnosis session Fabiola had a way of being that created a very safe and calm environment conducive to my healing. She was really insightful and supportive in the way she conducted the conversation before each hypnosis session, and made suggestions sharing her wisdom to help me make subtle changes to support my goals. β β β β β Fabiola is a JOY to work with!! She's so incredible at what she does. I worked with her on overcoming my fear of public speaking ahead of a live tv interview and her sessions were life changing. For the first time, I was able to present with no fear or anxiety before or during a presentation and this was the most public presentation I've done. With her coaching, I was able to see the experience as fun. I can't recommend her enough! Thank you Fabiola!

β β β β β Anxiety? Stress? Phobia? No problem. See Fabiola. Hypnosis works. Incredible results. I regret not finding her earlier before going to countless sessions with other therapists, including psychotherapists and psychologists. Fabiola is efficient and kind and has a work ethic that is accommodating and compassionate. I highly recommend her if you're considering hypnotherapy.
