★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is such a great studio/team, there aren't enough great things to say about them. Not only is the team friendly, motivating and knowledgeable, in response to the covid related restrictions they have not missed a beat. I joined in fall after gyms were allowed to reopen and was extremely impressed with the precautions they take to keep everything safe and clean. When studios needed to close back up they pivoted to an online + outdoor bootcamp model overnight. Huge kudos to the F45 King West team for everything they do.

A great community vibe, safe, comfortable as soon as you come in because your always welcomed with a wave and a smile.
Don’t let that fool you though this workout will take you to your max! It will leave you feeling amazing like you really can crush the day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best gym experience I've ever had! The owners and trainers are unbelievable. The environment is a judge free space where the trainers really take the time to get to know and make you feel so comfortable being there. The gym is exceptionally clean and organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently completed by 8th class at F45 - after many months during the pandemic of sitting and not moving my body, I was a little worried it might be too intense to start off with, but with the support of the coaches, modifications, and lots of weight options, it has been totally accessible. I love being able to disengage my brain because someone else has thought through the exercises and the structure of the 45 minutes, and I always feel like they fly by. I had been thinking about trying F45 for a while and I'm glad I have!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After trying quite a few F45 locations, King West has the absolute best environment to be in. The coaches always have amazing energy and smiles on their faces as soon as you walk in the door, you are able to forget about everything else and just have a great workout and time when you are there. The studio is extremely clean and organized, making you feel more comfortable post pandemic.
I highly recommend trying this location it will truly have you leaving not only sweaty but with a smile on your face. 10/10!!!!
