They also have 3 shower spots and vanity desk area to get ready for work if you are planning to go in the morning. It’s cute that lots of gym equipments are in pink.

All of the instructors at Elle do an amazing job of leading the classes with a positive attitude, which is super helpful when I'm 30 seconds into a minute long plank. There is such an array of classes that there's something for everyone. I'm a huge fan of the Hip Hop classes and the Triple A class. No matter where you're starting at, there's always a good challenge every session.

I love that it is for women only, it helps me focus and I honestly prefer not having guys around when I'm working out.

If I lived in Toronto I would love to be part of this fitness community! Such a great vibe right from the moment you walk through the door.

I think what we liked the most was the energy in the place, everyone is so welcoming, kind and the owner Maria was so inviting! We definitely will be returning!

I've peppered in other workout studios and classes here and there, and those habits come and go, but I ALWAYS come back to Elle. They're the best classes, give you a workout that's the perfect level of challenging, and the instructors are so friendly. Their virtual platform 'Elle on Demand' is my favourite online platform.. they've mastered classes for women :)
