The hair does not last more than 2 months, dye runs out when you wash it and their customer service is TERRIBLE!!! Leave a message to ask if your order is? Do not bother. They do not return phone calls. They also NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. EVER. NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE.

Her skills is as bad as anyone on the street, I can do better than that, just moving around the oil on my back. I was like this is the worst experience I had, no one of.
S	Stephanie L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Stush a few days ago with a massage voucher I got from Groupon. Stush is located at the back of the Elle Fitness centre and right beside the gym. Don't be expecting a calm or quiet ambience as there is no sound proofing either.. Massage was for 60 minutes but service wrapped up at around 45-50 mins mark. There is only 1 room so they can only see 1 client at a time, which means booking ahead is essential to get the timing that you want. The place is quite small and there is a $12~ service fee + tax on the 1-massage service (tip not included) which wasn't mentioned anywhere. They also ask you to leave a review before you leave in exchange for a free product. I don't really recommend this location or massage service.

An hour after purchasing the extensions and taking them out of the pack wetting one strand of the extensions to test the quality I realized this hair was very over processed. The extension elasticity showed they were very over processed and damaged, they felt like barbie hair. I called and came back to the boutique. The man working agreed that they did look over processed and not like they usually do, but would not give me a refund. He assured me that no one has ever had an issue with there hair before and to put them in for my vacation and if they were bad he would 'replace them for me' I was hesitant and he says to me 'it's like you went through a bad break up or something, and you don't trust me'. Very unprofessional. So i put them in on vacation, they matted so bad in my hair the tape didn't hold at all I couldn't brush them wet because of the elasticity. It was AWFUL, ruined my vacation. Through email he said come back we'll take a look and replace them. I get back from vacay and drop by the boutique to show them. The girl was really helpful, but the man was no where to be found when she called him about the situation he said the best we can do is give you half off another pack. NOT what he agreed to before. This place was a waste of my time, money, and ruined the integrity of my hair and not to mention my vacation. Don't waste your time here.

Went in with a Groupon voucher last month, was greeted with a 'heyyyy' by Chrystal, who was messaging on her phone and didn't bother to look up. So rude. The service itself was mediocre at best. The voucher said 1 hour but my massage was wrapped up in 45mins. It was super noisy in the room, from outside noise- couldn't relax at all. The massage therapist was lovely but she really needs to go back to training. They charge an extra 'tax' of $12 which wasn't stated anywhere on the voucher. I highly recommend AVOIDING this place at all cost. You're better off spending your money elsewhere.
