They messed up with my prescription glass twice for the same order. The quality of work is very poor. Paid $1,300 for a Prada frame and glass but later when I checked, the frame was scratched in several places as I have send it back twice to fix the wrong prescription. I have never seen this happen anytime before. The glass for my child is not fitting properly in spite of asking them to fix it three times in 4 months.
T	Thuc Dao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped by twice this weekend to pick out a pair of sunglasses, Sima was very professional and had been very helpful as she listened to the specifics of what I was looking for (prescription pair) - I knew what I wanted, she was upfront and laid everything out transparently in which I had appreciated. I wasn't ready to make a decision at that time and so I had come back the next day, I was greeted and welcomed back - J Han helped us out this time. Being indecisive, I went ahead and tried out multiple more pairs, please note that the team does a great job in sanitizing the glasses each time it was taken off the shelf - I found this very safe and reassuring especially given the current circumstances. L concluded our orders by ensuring measurements were accurate - again, this was reassuring and provided us a clarity knowing that we were important and taken care of. Brought the lady this time around and so we actually happily walked out with a pair of sunglasses each, well, ordered and are ecstatic to receive them! We are still raving about our new glasses and the service that was provided. I don't write these reviews often but when it's deserved, this is the best way I know to let it be recognized. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED, GO GET YOURS! A++

The manager, Winnie, goes way above and beyond to assist in the buying and fitting process, and if something isn’t right, she will make it right! You are awesome Winnie!! A	Arvin Jassal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent over $1300 in this store to purchase eyeglasses. It has been less than 3 months and one of my frames is bent and the glasses won’t close properly. When I went in the manager told me that she is not liable for any damages and stated she did not feel confident in fixing it. Not sure what kind of warranty this is and the type of people that are hired here…better off giving your well earned money to someone that is an expert in the field.

My partner and I came in a couple of days ago. The women that were there seemed uninterested in helping us, as if we were wasting their time. When it came to the price break downs, they refused any negotiations in price. We left and ended leaving to go to CU Vision where they gave us a great deal, on the exact same pair of glasses that we were considering to buy from eye star. I wouldn’t consider buying anything from this store anymore. Not recommended!
S	Steven C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased my glasses here earlier this year. I've always chosen Eyestar(including the now closed Richmond location) to purchase new glasses. Recently they dropped out of my pocket on an indoor tennis court at my sons tennis practice. I was surprised how horribly scratched they were after just a two foot drop. A couple of weeks later I decided to contact the store about what they could do. As I felt the coating they came with wasn't up to par. I dropped it off for a week and it seems like there was nothing done to check with the supplier(Clarity) till I called. To no surprise they couldn't help as it didn't fall under their "warranty period". In conclusion the quality of the lenses provided by Eyestar leaves a lot to be desired. I will not be coming back and just another lost customer. Judging by the reviews I'm not in the minority.
