Dr. Broughton was very informative regarding my concerns and questions and didn't think I was crazy when I had notes ready for him! (I felt a little crazy cat lady) As well Dayna the assistant was very friendly which made it very helpful in calming my nerves to take my girl there. She even recognized my girl is spoiled which she very much is! Extremely happy I chose them to be her veterinary clinic! I look forward to her future visits! And will be recommending them! :)
k	kijiji customer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i've been bringing my cat to 'exclusively cats' for the last 12 years. and have referred many friends to bring their cats there. dr.broughton's knowledge & experience about cats is unsurpassed! he understands & very compassionate towards owners no matter how difficult or sad the situation can be. you can tell when a vet is really a cat lover & reads their behaviour. every staff at this clinic is very compassionate, respectful & professional as well!
K	Kim Mathews on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Exclusively cats on a Monday to try to make an appointment for my cat , who is having an over grooming problem.. I finally got called back 3 days later. Only to be told that they aren't taking any new patients, I explained that the vet who we had been seeing couldn't figure out why our cat was behaving this way and told the person on the phone what treatment we had already tried, only to be told , we don't give second opinions. I was hoping that our cat would become a patient there , I didn't just want a second opinion, I want my poor cat to feel and look better. I was shocked that a private business would turn down new patients (business) and I asked if she could suggest another vet who specializes in cats , her answer, no. Very unprofessional all the way around. I was so angry when I got off the phone and totally disappointed.

All the staff are friendly, neither my cat or I get anxious about going to the vet. They really do love and care for cats!

J	Joanne Allec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Broughton is a fantastic vet and I do not put that lightly, he really is! He was very quick and accurate with diagnosing my Freyja with heart failure, she is now on medications and is nearly 100%! We are very greatful!

I was told this is because of covid, which I understand to an extent, but with proper masks (which they require), the exams could have been done in the main room that you’re out into when you’re cat goes for it’s examination, where there is an exam table and room to distance. Other than this, I had great experiences. They were quick to return calls, and Dr Broughton thoroughly explained things and answered any questions I had.
