Worst customer service I received the receptionist my hang up the line in my face at 3 repetitions without knowing the why !! not in that place the lady ... very disappointed I would have liked to see Dr Brutus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mon mari, qui est en chaise roulante, s'est fait opérer par Dr Brutus pour la deuxième fois( bras droit en 2019 et gauche il y a 2 jours). Super chirurgien et très gentil. Très bons suivis également. Pour une personne en chaise roulante, c'est vraiment par endoscopie que la chirurgie devrait être faite. Mon mari pouvait faire ses transferts seul tout de suite après la chirurgie. Dr Brutus opère également les coudes, d'où vient souvent le problème. Merci Dr Brutus!
My husband, who is in a wheelchair, underwent surgery by Dr Brutus for the second time (right arm in 2019 and left 2 days ago). Super surgeon and very kind. Very good follow-ups as well. For a person in a wheelchair, surgery should really be done by endoscopy. My husband could do his transfers on his own right after the surgery. Dr Brutus also operates on the elbows, which is where the problem often comes from. Thank you Dr Brutus!

Après plus de 5 ans à attendre et essayer toutes les médecine alternative, je n'en pouvais plus de souffrir. J'ai été surprise à mon arrivé de l’accueil que j'ai reçu. C'est difficile à expliquer mais tout le stress et les inquiétudes que j'avais sont automatiquement parti lorsque je suis entré dans la clinique. Stéphanie est très accueillante et attentionnée. Suite à ma rencontre avec Dr. Brutus, nous avons convenu d'une double chirurgie des tunnels carpien et syndrome du lacertus. J'ai été opéré le 5-7 avril 2022. Je suis entrepreneur en construction mais j'ai repris le travail de bureau le mardi suivant 12 avril.
Toute l'équipe a été aux petits soins tant avec moi qu'avec mon fils de 7 ans et mon conjoint qui m'accompagnait. Du choix de la musique à la couleur des néons, l'équipe veille aux moindres petit détails. Je n'aurais jamais pensé chanter et danser pendant une chirurgie... c'est à ce point merveilleux et personnalisé. Docteur Brutus est un réel spécialiste et vous pouvez mettre votre confiance entre SES mains pour retrouver les vôtres ;) Merci Docteur Brutus! Un merci tout spécial à Mme Patricia qui est exceptionnelle, à Stéphanie qui fait les meilleurs cupcake en ville et à M. Alfie d'être si doux et réconfortant. Allez les voir sans hésitez, n'attendez plus!
Incredible service! It all started with a very quick response from Stéphanie. After more than 5 years of waiting and trying all alternative medicine, I couldn't suffer anymore. I was surprised when I arrived at the welcome I received. It's hard to explain but all the stress and worries I had automatically went away when I walked into the clinic. Stephanie is very welcoming and caring. Following my meeting with Dr. Brutus, we agreed on a double surgery for carpal tunnels and lacertus syndrome. I had surgery on April 5-7, 2022. I am a construction contractor but returned to office work the following Tuesday April 12.
The whole team took great care of me, my 7-year-old son and my spouse who was accompanying me. From the choice of music to the color of the neon lights, the team takes care of the smallest details. I never thought I would sing and dance during surgery...it's so wonderful and personalized. Doctor Brutus is a real specialist and you can put your trust in HIS hands to find yours ;) Thank you Doctor Brutus! A very special thank you to Mrs. Patricia who is exceptional, to Stephanie who makes the best cupcakes in town and to Mr. Alfie for being so sweet and comforting. Go see them without hesitation, don't wait any longer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quel soulagement ce fût de savoir que je serais opérée en quelques semaines (attente de plus de 2 ans au public et vas-et-viens entre différents médecins pour finalement obtenir différents diagnostics). Oui, cette option au privé représente un coût non négligeable, mais ça vaut tellement la peine de mettre sa main aux soins de la meilleure équipe médicale. De la première visite, en passant par la chirurgie et les soins postopératoires, le Dr Brutus et tout le personnel ont été vraiment formidables. J'ai été réconfortée par leur professionnalisme, leur accessibilité et leur écoute.
What a relief it was to know that I would be operated in a few weeks (waiting for more than 2 years in the public and going back and forth between different doctors to finally obtain different diagnoses). Yes, this private option represents a significant cost, but it is so worth putting your hand in the care of the best medical team. From the first visit, through surgery and post-operative care, Dr. Brutus and all the staff were truly amazing. I was comforted by their professionalism, their accessibility and their ability to listen.

As a walk-in visitor from Ontario in April after review of the website for Dr. Brutus pertaining to Dupuytrens Contracture I learned more in a brief but thorough and informative consultation. I was fortunate and impressed that an opening in the schedule was created in consideration of my travel agenda.
With reassurances from friendly and bilingual staff Dr. Brutus thoroughly explained my condition in both hands and what the optimum procedure and recovery period would be.
I was scheduled for Needle Aponeurotomy on one hand late April then the other hand early May. Dr. Brutus and nursing plus office staff provided excellent chair-side care and follow-up in this process. I was amazed how in such short time my hands again were flat though I too would have to work through exercises in recovery to complete the process.
I recommend this team for their skillful work and dedication.
In a month I was healed nicely and again able to enjoy many simple things in life. I can again shake hands; pat shoulders; swim faster; wave; use tools, grip cutlery and sports equipment effectively; use my i-phone and computer keyboards better; wear gloves comfortably; handle hot coffee cups at a drive-thru; use Dyson hand dryers; and open doors without concerns.
