★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evolve Strength Seton is very well maintained and is equipped with all the machines and equipment you need to pursue your fitness goals. The staff and the members of the gym are friendly with a very welcoming atmosphere. If you're looking for a place to get your health back together, this is the place you want to go. Evolve is not only a gym but has clinical professionals from RMT's, physiotherapist, athletic therapist, etc. To take care of you. Evolve strength has exceeded my expectations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is absolutely amazing, the general manger actually takes time out of his day to show people around, and explains to them what the gym offers. All of the staff know my group by name. There is 25 squat racks, I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for a machine, and the no mirrors concept is a great choice. The atmosphere is incomparable, random people will come up and compliment you and/or help with your workout to further push you to the next level. The bootcamps is also an amazing touch. It gives you a different variation to your workout you might have never tired before. All in all there is no gym I rather go to, Evolve is ahead of its game.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evolve is an amazing gym full of excellent equipment and with a positive atmosphere. I also rent office space for my medical esthetics practice Renew Glow Laser and I love it! My clients are also loving the space.
If you are an independent practitioner or in need of office space def take a look at Evolve as is becoming a great community of practitioners in a supporting positive environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible place to train as a powerlifter/weightlifter and even in general. State of the art equipment, everything one can ever find or ask for in a gym is here. Staff are also super friendly and helpful, recommend this to anyone who takes fitness seriously

There is everything you could need whether you’re just starting out, maintaining health and movement, or looking to set some big PRs in weightlifting or powerlifting. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth checking out!

The manager was attentive and very informative with the walkthrough, the equipment quality was first class, and most of all, the facility provides different levels of needs for cross fit training, power lifters, and general fitness. I honestly believe this is the gold standard of how all workout facilities should look like.
