He and answered all my questions and pinpointed my problem areas - providing me with some great exercises afterward that I could do each day to improve my posture and back pain. I’d 100% recommend Therafit to anyone who needs an exceptional massage therapist!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yannick has great attention to detail when adjusting various parts of the body and stretching or massaging based on your individual needs, and in a way that can actually help your pain points feel better. He provided overall, great pressure, great technique and is extremely professional.
I would recommend the mobile massage option. Having the therapist treat you in your own home allows for continued relaxation after the treatment has ended.
I also really like the ability to book and pay online, and the ease of receiving my invoice directly through the web portal.
I highly recommend and will definitely be returning!
