★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Canada Post is protected by the government otherwise it could not survive as a shipping company. Once again I was home all day and received a delivery notice on the door. Not sure how I am supposed to answer the door when no one rings the bell. Only other company which does this is Purolator which is owned by Canada Post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need new workers or at least educate the current ones. Been trying to verify my identity for a credit card, 4 different times now threw this location. Each time it does not work!
Called the credit card company and each time they say the never received anything from Canada Post. Finally I asked them what should Canada Post be doing specifically.
So I went into Canada Post - I proceeded to ask the worker what their procedure was for verifying identity. Upon asking, I was lectured that this worker "has been doing this job for 12 years and knows exactly what she was doing".
She did include that a lot of people were having the trouble with identity verification's not going threw - well maybe if you have been noticing this, why not take it up with your supervisors!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had the most positive experience with the lady working at the Post Office this morning. She was extremely thorough preparing the packages I needed to post and she was very positive, polite, and friendly! Wonderful way to start a Sunday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The counter is located towards the far end of Shoppers drug mart in the strip on Seton crescent.
Although there is no massive sign outside the building to direct would-be patrons, there is a Canada-post box about 4ft from the ground around the front entrance of Shoppers drugmart.
There is ample parking and it is wheelchair accessible.
The staff were friendly and helpful and service was prompt.
