★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im a season pass holder and live in the foot hills just at the bottom of silver star and spend lots of money in this shop every year, but not after my lates experience. There was 2 people with large purchases in front of me in line and the computers were freezing up so it took about 10 for it to be my turn to make my purchase and right when the till opened up, another staff member came up and put someone in front of me in line. I put my stuff on the counter and said I have been next in-line for 10 minutes, then the cashier laughed at me so I walked out. I recommend if you want good service and friendly people don’t buy from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A satisfactory place to buy gear. Good deals at the end of the season. A couple things to be aware of. It's sometimes hard to find help as staff seem to prioritize chatting and breaks over helping customers. You can literally be in the store for 10 minutes without a single staff member to be found. Be careful with their sales since you can buy gear and if they know a sale starts the next day they won't tell you, and won't offer a discount on what you bought the day before if you come in the next day during the sale. If you go in prepared with that knowledge it's still worthwhile to check out their stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On my first visit to ski dazzle about a month ago, i asked if there was any sales going on and the response we got was a "nope." She didn't try and help us at all and continued talking to her colleague and looking at their phones. It definitely didn't leave a good impression...
Fast forward to yesterday...
I decided to forget about the initial bad customer service experience I had and give ski dazzle another chance. I was shopping for gloves and found the perfect pair. Later on I realized that i forgot to use my 15% discount on my ski pass. This afternoon after skiing i went in with my gloves and receipt to get the discount and explained the situation, not thinking it was a big deal. The guy working said "Technically we aren't supposed to do it after the sale." I said "ok yeah i totally forgot to show my pass when i bought it and no one asked if i was a pass holder." The guy replied "it's not our responsibility to ask about the discount." He was not helpful and I felt disrespected. I left with a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be shopping there again. If you do shop there, according to staff at ski dazzle, the onus is on the pass holder to initiate the discount. By contrast the staff at the village ski shop are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and I will gladly forgo the 15% discount for quality customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad return and exchange policy. I went in to purchase boots, I asked for a size 11, the sales person said they did not have size 11 but this specific model fit tight and recommended size 11.5.
Unfortunately on my second day of riding with them, I realized they were too large and tried to return or exchange. They were not willing to help.
