★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is for their bike rental service. It's inexpensive, right by the Rail Trail (so very convenient) and the whole process was rather painless. They didn't even take a deposit. I'd use them again if out of town friends wanted to go for a casual gravel ride together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great community spirit bringing ladies together for Wahinie Wednesdays. Rent or bring your own board be on the water by 6pm for a about an hour of paddling. Meet back at the shop for some apres paddle and drinks sponsored by a local winery or cidery. Min $5 donation that goes toward the lake. What a great way to meet new ladies!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there a couple of weeks ago with friends from out of town. The lady was so sweet and helpful with us and the bikes were so comfy and easy stay on for that long gorgeous ride of the Okanagan Rail Trail. This is an ideal Kind of store and service in a perfect place for any tourist or any local at anytime to hop on the trail ! Stunning ride !

We have bought 5 SUP's from Kalavida over the years as well as paddles and other gear to have fun on the lake with. Highly recommend KSS if your want great equipment at a friendly unique neighborhood shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have frequented Kalavida for SUP rentals for years now, the staff are always great even over this past year when they had to adapt to the pandemic. Recently, we rented e-bikes as well and did the rail trail for 4 hours. It was fantastic and yet again the staff were so helpful and got us on our way. I love the vibes of this shop, it's truly a laid back "island vibes" type atmosphere and am excited to have my first SUP on order with them. I don't think I would trust anyone else to help me decide on a board for myself.
