★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve never posted a negative review on here but I’m doing this after even trying to come to a reasonable resolution with the manager.
Honestly, save your time and money this place is disappointing. Services are done by amateurs, they’re overpriced for the quality and spa manager is not helpful in resolving concerns. Spend the extra money and go to Sparkling Hill. I was looking forward to enjoying some spa time and this experience ruined my trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FEELING FANTASTIC! Very relaxing environment, and the 90 min dual exfoliation facial and Bemer experience was revitalizing. The management and professional staff made this self-care safe, and comfortable with the current covid-19 measures put in place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing hot stone massage. Was so happy to hear that resort staff could get a discount at the end of this season. There hasn't been the usual perks of working on a ski hill this year, but this helped make up for it. Feeling so relaxed ! Will be back, maybe even before the end of this 20/21 winter season.
