Ever New

Staff was friendly. Wasn't busy. Decent priced. Not much of a selection.

Worst customer service, I was at the store around 9:15 pm as the mall was closing at 10 pm. Nobody greeted or asked for any help. I’m so so disappointed.

Best shopping experience, my wife and I loved it. the staff were really helpful and nice.

The store has beautiful clothing however I was not impressed with the staff. Young girls working were more interested in conversing among themselves in their own language while not acknowledging customers in any way.

The worst, most terrible shopping experience ever. I felt extremely disgusted with the dishonesty of the staff. My husband and I were told by a staff (her name: Jaspreet Sanghera) that we can do a price adjustment for the dress I bought the day before at Ever New store of the Metropolic, Burnaby. When we mentioned to her that we already took the tag off, she said, "That's ok. As long as you bring back the receipt and the tag. "------Both my husband and I heard that. So we went back home (27 km away) and brought the dress, receipt, and tag. Disgustingly, when we came back, another staff, whose name is Aleckxeis (probably a fake name), refused to do the price adjustment because the tag was off. When we asked Jaspreet, she denied that she said the previous words. We told them that we were not intending to return it. All we wanted was a price adjustment-----For some reason, there is an extra 25% here for the same dress of same size with the same price. We then asked Aleckxeis: "If we can put the tag back, will you do the price adjustment?" She clearly answered:"oh, yes, I will do it if you can reattach it." We went to a clothing store near by and briefly mentioned the situation to a staff there. I did not even need to ask, the nice lady already said: "do you want me to put it back?" She had a machine. Within 2 seconds, the tag was back to the original place. However, when we went back to Ever New, to our most surprise, Aleckxeis refused to do the price adjustment again. She said she did not say she could do it if we put the tag back! Out of rage, I said to her:" The tag was never off. You have no evidence." She said: " It was off. We have camera in the store." I replied, "if there is a camera, why don't we pull out the video and check what you said to us". She immediately compromised. "I was not allowed to do this," she said, " But I will do it for you this time". She quickly processed the price adjustment as if she was a guilty thief who, caught at site by police, quickly returned stolen goods. The two women, Jaspreet Sanghera and Aleckxeis, tell lies as easy as they breathe. I am not sure why they cheat like this. Is it something rooted deeply in their blood? For Ever New, the only result of such behaviour of your staff is that you will lose a good customer------most likely many more because words spread fast. I asked "Aleckxeis" to write down her name, the other woman's name, and the company's email. Attached is the information provided by "Aleckxeis". I will NEVER shop at any Ever New store again.

The store has good varieties with very good prices.i have been shopping from ever new for the longest time and it’s one of my favorite places, amazing dresses with a very good quality. I do live near guildford area but I prefer to shop at tsawassen location because one of the staff her name is Anna, She has very welcoming face and excellent customer service with lots of patient. Very nice lady, she helps me every time am there.
