★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is super friendly and very helpful! I have always found what I needed or likewise. The sales are amazing and there always seems to be something that has a decent price tag on it! They have many matching bras and panties or mix and match of all sorts of styles. They even have some pretty racy outfits, undies and floggers etc.
Their location is perfect in the Tsawwassen Mills mall, it is very central and beside/or basically inside the food court and Mac makeup, Bath & Body works among other great stores!! I will be back of course!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman working this morning was very nice and even though I told her I didn't need help, she said she over heard me looking for a non push up light pink bra and was able to find me one right away !
And the prices were amazing too.
Store was clean, well kept and organized, which is often not the case at alot of lasenzas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I went to La Senza today (April 15th 2021) and we were waiting outside the barriers that were put in place for Covid restrictions. The lady at the front was looking at us but did not say anything, not even "I will be with you in a moment". Her and her friend were standing up at the front talking, she noticed us there but did not say anything, and since nobody else was in the store, my friend and I let ourselves in as we weren't even addressed and did not know what to do and the staff were ignoring us. The lady then angrily pauses her conversation with her friend, turns to us and says "You aren't allowed to duck under the ropes, there is a sign there, I will be there in a second". and ROLLS HER EYES. We were given no instruction, were not even addressed and we ended up deciding to leave due to the woman's disrespect. I usually have no issues with this la senza and experience great customer service so I was very taken aback by this woman's behaviour. She had pastel pink hair and this was at around 12:00pm in the afternoon. There was no reason for her to give us attitude, so we ended up leaving and going next door to shop at pink. Staff should be reminded of how to properly greet customers as this was just unacceptable.
