The store sells items on the promise of 15 day exchange policy yet when you return items, in my case Nike shoes, they simply say they cannot exchange them because the shoes were tried on outside. The Nike shoes I returned were in original condition and I was told that shoes would loosen but they didn’t. Not going to spend one penny at Evangelista Sports anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people truly know their soccer. They are helpful in making sure the customer is happy at all times. The espresso has to be the best thing about it! While shopping, sip on an espresso and talk to the very knowledgeable staff. They will answer all of your soccer needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would simply say that I have not been disappointed - ever - by the folks at this store. I am surprised with the recent negative reviews as that has not been my experience.
About a month ago I purchased a LFC kit and had it named and numbered. All was great until this weekend when the recipient of the jersey (annual birthday gift) pointed out that the patch on the sleeve was inaccurate and in fact should have had the "Champions 2019-20" on each sleeve. Ooops, I learned something.
A brief conversation with what could be done and was on my way back to the store where they removed the patch on the sleeve - didn't know they could (relatively) easily do that, let the solution dry and then attached the proper patches, one on each sleeve. This was all done pretty quickly and in a very friendly and welcoming way.
They corrected my error, made it right and saved the annual birthday gift in a very timely and stress less way!
Thanks and I will be back!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding and honest service. We had our sons Arsenal jersey pressed with the double layered number and name of his favorite player. I had no idea about the double layer.
Could have easily just pressed the black, but instead provided an honest service and gave our son a great looking jersey. We'll done Evangelista Sports.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It started out rough as the Jersey was dropped off Sunday, and it took two follow-ups to get the jersey name printed on the back. Some improvements need to be made regarding staff. One individual mentioned his manager wasn't doing anything in the morning and wasn't sure why the jersey wasn't finished; this happened on Wednesday, July 7.
On a side note, I talked to this one man. He said it was crazy busy, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. That same individual called me today and finished my Brazil and Chelsea. He went over and beyond also fixing the "S" in my Chelsea jersey. Did an amazing job. I didn't get his name, but he was very professional, and I appreciate it.
The other staff that work on the weekends need coaching as they didn't even ask me what font I wanted on my Brazil jersey. Not all good, but not all bad, still needs more improvement amongst staff and how they communicate and serve customers. I know for some it is a part-time job, but customers still pay for the service and except a good on-time job. Whoever the individual again who served me today and fixed their mistake deserves a raise. Good employee.
