★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast shipping (came way earlier than expected) great selection, great customer service (bought the wrong size). I even called the store and asked for help, and the customer service rep on the email chain KNEW I had called and spoke with that individual to get information from me. So refreshing vs "What's your account number again!??!".
Ended up returning too big skates for a new pair, they emailed me when it was received and everything. Definitely will be buying replacement wheels when I run my current set into the ground this summer. Easiest return even across international boundaries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing store and customer service, would definitely recommend. There is an improvement that could be made but the advantages of shopping here severely outweighs the improvement that could be made, hence the 5 star review. Below are my experiences with every aspect of shopping with them online.
Order processing & shipping:
After I placed my order it took less than 24h to process and ship the item. Delivery ETA was on a Monday later in the day and I received my product on the Saturday morning 2 days before the ETA. Very happy with the quick order processing and shipping. There was 1 issue however, the route app is absolutely useless for live tracking, it doesn't provide any tracking whatsoever so if you plan on purchasing the route protection service for live tracking, don't do it and only purchase it for the "protection" on high priced items.
Product received:
Product packaging was great, I honestly expected it to come out the box like how you would see it if you had just taken it out of the box in the store. Instead, they filled up the box will small bags of air to prevent the item from moving around inside. Although the packaging was great, my product came with a loose buckle. I contacted customer service about it and we got it fixed within a few hours. I would recommend whoever is packaging the item for shipping to quality check the products being shipped before sending it out in the future. It was quite the hassle having to fix the buckle but it worked out in the end which is all that matters.
Customer service:
It is evident that this store prioritized customer service above everything else. Multiple emails between us were exchanged within the same day and for multiple days in a row. They even answer your emails while off working hours! Friendly customer service and quick responses is not common which is really amazing to see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted a top brand like FR, Seba, Powerslide, and Adapt. Masterpieces exceeding $1,000. Pro Skaters Place was the only store with a large variety of sizes in stock of these brands.
I live in SC, and the closest in-store shop is 2627 miles away to try them and had limited inventory. My feet are also sensitive making it hard to find the right fit. It took several back and forth communications spanning for over a month… This is difficult and can be frustrating for companies. Despite this, they would take the time to reply to every question thoroughly and quickly; all awhile making me feel comfortable and respected without knowing my situation prior to this review.
In the end, I ordered a pair of FR and Adapt skates in sizes recommended directly by the manufacturers. I was going to order a custom blue pair of Adapts, but after trying a black pair I found they hurt my feet. This saved me from a 4-6 week waiting period and spending over $800. Invaluable.
They will be my go-to for all my skating needs, and my first recommendation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely the best customer service ever! Ordered my skates on a Saturday, emailed them on Sunday to see if they could rush the processing time. Replied to me within 10 minutes. Skates shipped out Monday and I got them the next day. Great experience all around!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered blades (I'm in the US) and they shipped quickly and in very careful packaging. I realized that I ordered a size too small (my own error in measuring my foot size) and I wanted an exchange. They emailed back very promptly advising that it is a common problem to feel as though the shoes are improperly small when they are not. I appreciated the advice even though they still ended up being too small. Ultimately, I decided to return them for my own personal reasons of not needing new roller blades at this moment, and they were extremely accommodating and courteous, guiding me through the return process. If I ever decide to buy roller blades again, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing !!!! Brought a pair of aggressive skates on clearance for my daughter, beautiful skates unfortunately didn’t quite fit. She wanted a little more wiggle room. Me personally would have broken them in longer but she wanted them
bigger. These are not cheap skates they are superior quality. You get what you pay for. I Emailed customer service regarding the return. They explained the refund and purchasing process . I had to pay for the return shipment but I didn’t mind because it was a clearance item. The new skates arrived within 2 days . I received the refund as soon as they received the old ones. What amazes me more was the incredible customer service personnel .They answered my emails within minutes of me writing them. They’ve answered every question that I had before the purchase and way after the return. I wish all companies learn how to treat customers like they do. Their product is first class and so is the staff specially Anastasiia and Marina. They made me customer for life. I will definitely recommend ProSkaters Place inc. to everyone, whether they skate or not.

They remained in constant communication throughout the entire buying process and answered any questions I had, this combined with the recommendations of others within the skating community allowed me to feel comfortable spending this much on a set of skates.
I have no doubt that Pro Skaters Place will be there for me should I have and questions or issues down the road. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a speedy and friendly buying process.
I literally got my skates the day after I ordered them. Think about that, these skates went from Canada to my door in VA in less than 24 hours for under $17. I have no idea how they make this voodoo happen and I’d imagine they are losing money on this albeit keeping their customers happy and loyal!
