TOM GEENEN our 10+ year sales guy with our family was found! We were in the market for a new vehicle and knew what we wanted. So we looked around and nothing was available in town, we ended up looking outside Saskatoon..
Low and behold we found our Tom out in Esterhazy with the perfect vehicle, exactly what we wanted to a T. This vehicle was brought down to us by a wonderful gentleman because we ordered a vehicle online yeah that's what we do now a days! (covid and all) Now why top shelf service is because Tom knows me well and I like a clean vehicle so he made sure that there were fancy Husky brand mats for my whole vehicle not just driver and passenger but 1st 2nd and 3rd row with trunk mats too. He may have moved but we found him and will continue with Tom and his team @ Esterhazy. Thank you for such amazing service always....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My rating is purely based on lack of customer service. I had been speaking to someone in sales via email. All was good until I asked to book a test drive of a vehicle on their lot, then dead silence for well over a week now. I shouldn't have to track a salesperson down if they really want to make a sale. The only reason I can think of that this dealership gets business at all is solely based on the fact that they are the only dealership in Esterhazy, lack of competition. But that's okay, I will just go buy at a Chrysler dealership, they have never turned me away.

So when it was time to purchase a new vehicle it was an easy decision for me!
Harry Urzada, in sales, was very helpful in answering all my questions and Tara Restau was great in working through the financing! Both so knowledgeable! I appreciated the time to make my decision and there was no pressure to move forward until I was ready!
It was also great to Chat with Tom Greene. Felt like I was visiting with family.
In a world where service is lacking at times… that is not the case here.
Overall 5 Star experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the third time that I have dealt with Tom Greenan. First was at Merlin Ford then followed him the Esterhazy Ford where, in January, we purchased a car for my wife. At that point I decided to order my F350 Lariat. Tom kept me updated on where the vehicle was and when it was going to arrive. I appreciate good service and quality and Tom and his staff go beyond that. Tom gave me a great deal on my truck and trade-in. When we showed up to pick up my truck, Tara had a coloring book, markers and bubbles for our 5 year old daughter. She also took our daughter out for walks looking for rabbits. Tara was very easy to get along with and was very clear in the paperwork and everything that pertained to the sale. That means a lot to us and will have no problem going back to Tom and his staff and to recommend Esterhazy Ford to everyone we know.
