I have been to Revell Ford twice and had bad experiences both times ... I should have learn from my first visit. I needed a new battery. I priced it at Revell’s, which was comparable around the city,. Revell,s had it in stock and could put it in right away. When I get home I check it out and I find that the battery was loose ... not tighten down, (#1 sloppy workmanship #2 nothing was said) so I think, β€œ not a big deal , I’ll just snug it up. It turns out there wasn’t enough tread on the clamp. This battery isn’t as tall as the original. So I put a piece of plywood under it to compensate for the difference. ... not impressed.... but problem solved. I’m going to put the second visit in under a second review, because I think they should get 2 bad review for 2 different jobs.

I can't say enough good things about Revell Ford. Everyone at the dealership whether it be sales, service or reception are always courteous, friendly and helpful. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Revell both new and used and I have never had any issue with any of the vehicles other than what related to the Ford Motor Company for recall. I have never experienced any effort to be upsold on any item either by sales or service at any time. I have really enjoyed my purchasing experiences with the No. 1 salesperson in my book Nate Revell. I have also experienced help and vehicle repair from Fix Auto at Revells and as is the case with the service department have had nothing but excellent service and repairs in a timely fashion. Whether you are looking to purchase a vehicle, require service for a vehicle or need auto body repairs to a vehicle you will not be disappointed with Revell Ford.

After purchasing my last 3 F150s at another dealer, a colleague recommended I check out Revell Ford. After talking to one salesperson on site regarding a trade and looking at some numbers, he sent me an initial build sheet, I sent some questions back and never heard from him again. However. I then dealt with Brad Revell and it was a completely different experience. Quick to follow up with information, answers, numbers, pictures of potential trucks, even getting back to me on evenings and weekends. No pressure, no nonsense. Ended up doing all the negotiations virtually, then arrived to sign paperwork, etc. with the Sales Manager. Based on previous experience at another dealer, I went in braced for a hassle expecting them to try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Much to my surprise, there was absolutely none of that. I was in and out in less than 1/2 hour. Terry was very friendly, and once again, no pressure or BS. Totally relaxed, stress free, process. Like another reviewer on here, I have two other Ford dealers within 5 min of my house, but drove the 30 min to Revell for the customer service. I would highly recommend them.

I have dealt with Revell’s for 35 years. The sales staff are very friendly and helpful. However, Revell’s have a very poor service policy. They want you to make an appointment but they do not honour the time if you do not sit in their waiting area for the work to be done. They will put your vehicle at the end of the line and take walk ins first. I believe this to be an unfair policy to treat regular customers in this way.

I have been a customer at Revell Ford in Verona, for over 40 years. My late husband bought his first new truck there in 1977 or about that date. Since then we always used them for services etc. The service department manager Terry Holder is very knowledgeable, and will explain to me what is needed. I trust him 100% and the Revell dealership. All the staff, sales, service desk; mechanics, are very friendly and of course greet me by my name, which after over 40 years, isn't surprising. Of course things are a little different now due to the virus , but they are following all necessary precautions. I now have to drive from Kingston, but like Revell used to say "They are best by a country mile".
