★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place to overlook the Sheep River Gorge and to see bighorn sheeps grazing in the Sheeps Sanctuary nearby. If thit is your first visit there, be sure that you check out the educational site at the western end of the lookout to learn more about these animals and their habits. For those who want to get a closer look at the Sheep River Gorge, there is a trail that starts at the southern end of the lookout and runs along the ridge of the gorge.
